Smart Office Chair Installation

The installation steps for different models of smart office chairs are as follows:

S800 Computer Chair:

1. Install the Five-Star Base and Gas Lift: Place the five-star base upside down, insert the five casters one by one, then insert the gas lift (thick end) into the center hole of the five-star base and press gently to secure it.
2. Secure the Tray and Seat Cushion: Align the tray with the screw holes on the seat cushion, use four fine screws for initial fixation, and then tighten them one by one with a wrench.
3. Connect the Gas Lift and Tray: Insert the gas lift into the round hole of the tray and press gently to ensure the gas lift is vertically aligned with the tray.
4. Install the Armrests: Unscrew the nuts and washers that come with the armrests, align the armrests with the screw holes on the backrest, insert the washers and nuts in sequence, and tighten them.
5. Secure the Backrest: Align the backrest with the screw holes on the tray, insert the washers, and then secure it with three coarse screws, tightening them with a wrench.

TOAI E1 Office Chair:

1. Basic Assembly: Press the wheels into the chair legs and insert the gas cylinder into the center hole.
2. Connect the Backrest and Seat Cushion: Use three M8 screws to fix the backrest to the seat cushion, ensuring the screws are tightened.
3. Install the Armrests: Connect the armrests to the seat cushion, flip the chair seat over, and then fix the armrests on the other side.
4. Add the Footrest: Insert the footrest into the reserved hole under the seat cushion, ensuring the buckle is secure.
5. Final Assembly: Align the gas cylinder with the base and insert it, and insert the headrest into the top of the backrest to complete the installation.

Multifunctional Computer Chair:

1. Install the Casters and Lifting Rod: Snap the movable casters into the five-star base, flip it over, and insert the lifting rod into the center hole.
2. Secure the Tray and Backrest: Attach the tray, install the backrest bracket, and fix the backrest mesh, tightening the screws.
3. Install the Armrests: Align the armrests on both sides with the screw holes on the seat cushion in the correct direction, avoid installing them backward, and then tighten the screws.
4. Decorative Finishing: Check the tightness of all screws, snap in the black decorative buttons and diamond-shaped decorative panels.

E108D Electric Model:

1. Basic Structure Installation: Insert the gas lift into the center hole of the five-star base, install the seat onto the footrest, and insert the backrest into the pin on the seat.
2. Wiring Connection: Insert the battery wiring and backrest function wiring in sequence, and check if the wiring is connected.
3. Install the Headrest and Armrests: Insert the headrest into the top of the backrest, tighten the screws of the armrests, and repeat the operation on the other side.

Precautions:

• Check the parts list before installation to avoid missing screws or tools.
• For the electric model, pay special attention to the order of wiring connections to prevent short circuits.
• When installing the lifting rod and gas lift, press vertically to avoid damage caused by tilting.
