Office Chair Return Policy
The return policy for office chairs is usually part of the 'Three Guarantees' policy, which includes return, replacement, and repair. Consumers can request a return if certain conditions are met, as detailed below:

I. Within a Certain Period After Purchase Within a specified period after purchase (usually clearly stated in the purchase contract or warranty card), if the office chair exhibits serious quality issues, or does not match the product description or physical samples, and these issues cannot be resolved through repair or replacement of parts, consumers have the right to request a return from the dealer. For example, if the seat of the office chair develops large cracks that severely affect normal use and cannot be guaranteed to function properly after repair, the consumer can request a return.
II. Specific Circumstances During the Warranty Period During the warranty period, if there are serious quality issues, such as the product being unable to function normally or posing safety hazards, and these issues remain unresolved after two repairs or replacements, consumers also have the right to request a return. For instance, if the height adjustment function of the office chair fails and remains non-functional after two repairs, posing a safety hazard, the consumer can request a return at this point.
III. Circumstances Not Eligible for Return Service If the product issues are caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage by the consumer, or if the consumer has tampered with the product leading to damage, or if there is no valid Three Guarantees certificate or invoice, and the consumer cannot prove that the purchased product is within the Three Guarantees period, these situations will not be eligible for return service. For example, if a consumer breaks a chair leg due to improper operation while using the office chair, this situation does not qualify for a return.
IV. Special Circumstances for Online Purchases of Office Chairs For office chairs purchased online that come with free shipping, if the return is due to aesthetic reasons such as dislike, dissatisfaction, or unsuitability, the buyer generally bears the return shipping costs. If the return is due to quality issues and the seller offers free shipping, the seller may cover the shipping costs, but special products may require the buyer to cover them. For online purchases with advance deposits or customized products, the buyer generally covers the shipping costs.
