Office Chair Non-Hydraulic
There are three main non-hydraulic adjustment methods for office chairs: pneumatic rod adjustment, mechanical adjustment, and electric adjustment.

Pneumatic Rod Adjustment: This is a relatively common non-hydraulic adjustment method in office chairs currently. The pneumatic rod is filled with nitrogen gas inside, and the lifting function of the office chair is achieved by compressing the nitrogen gas. When a user needs to adjust the height of the chair, they simply sit on the chair and gently press the lifting control button. The pneumatic rod will thenไผธ็ผฉ (Note: 'ไผธ็ผฉ' here should be translated as 'extend or retract' in context, but for fluency, we can say 'adjust its length') according to the user's operation, thus achieving height adjustment. Moreover, the pneumatic rod has an automatic locking function. After adjusting to the appropriate height, the chair will automatically lock and remain stable. This adjustment method is convenient to operate and has an extremely low risk of explosion because the pneumatic rod undergoes strict quality inspections and safety tests during production, ensuring that no danger will occur under normal use conditions. At the same time, the pneumatic rod is lightweight, does not add excessive burden to the chair, and has good noise reduction properties, producing no obvious noise during adjustment, making it very suitable for office environments.
Mechanical Adjustment: Mechanical adjustment is a relatively traditional adjustment method. It achieves height adjustment by manually rotating or pulling the adjustment lever under the chair. The structure of this adjustment method is relatively simple, mainly consisting of mechanical components such as adjustment levers and gears. When using it, the user only needs to find the adjustment lever under the chair and rotate or pull it as needed to change the height of the chair. The advantages of mechanical adjustment are convenient operation and no need for power support, allowing it to be used normally even in environments without power. Moreover, due to its simple structure, maintenance and upkeep are relatively easy, and the cost is low.
Electric Adjustment: Electric adjustment is a relatively intelligent adjustment method equipped with a motor and a control system. Users can control the lifting operation of the chair through buttons or a remote control. They only need to gently press the corresponding button, and the motor will drive the chair to lift or lower, making it very convenient to use. Chairs with electric adjustment usually also have multiple functions, such as memory functions and multi-position adjustment, which can meet the needs of different users. However, electric adjustment requires power support and is relatively more expensive.
