Office Chair Easy to Assemble
Office chairs are usually relatively easy to assemble, and can be completed smoothly by following the correct steps. Here are the detailed assembly steps and key points:

Preparation Before Assembly
Before starting the assembly, carefully check whether all the components of the office chair are complete, including casters, chair legs, gas lift cylinders, bases, seats, backrests, armrests, headrests, as well as corresponding screws, wrenches, and other tools. At the same time, choose a spacious, flat, and well-lit place for assembly to avoid losing or damaging components due to limited space or uneven ground during the assembly process.
Specific Assembly Steps
- Install Casters and Chair Legs: Insert each caster into the mounting holes of the chair legs one by one, ensuring that each caster is firmly installed without any looseness. This step is relatively simple; just gently push the casters in.
- Install the Gas Lift Cylinder: Place the thicker end of the gas lift cylinder vertically into the center hole of the chair legs, ensuring that the gas lift cylinder is perpendicular to the chair legs and tightly connected to avoid wobbling during use.
- Secure the Base and Seat: Place the base on the seat, align the screw holes, and use screws to firmly fix the base to the seat. When tightening the screws, pay attention to applying moderate force, not too tight or too loose, so as not to affect the connection stability between the base and the seat.
- Connect the Backrest and Seat: Align the two sides at the bottom of the backrest with the mounting positions of the armrests on both sides of the seat and insert them, then use screws to fix the bottom of the backrest. Next, use a wrench to lock and fix the backrest and the seat frame with screws to ensure that the backrest and the seat are firmly connected and can withstand a certain weight.
- Install the Seat and Armrests: Vertically insert the part of the seat with the backrest installed onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is fully inserted. Then, install the armrests in their corresponding positions and fix them with screws.
- Install the Headrest: Finally, insert the headrest into the corresponding position on the backrest and fix it with screws to complete the assembly of the entire office chair.
Precautions
During the assembly process, follow the steps in the instruction manual and do not change the order randomly. If you encounter components that are difficult to install, do not force them to avoid damaging the components. After assembly is complete, check whether all components are firmly installed and whether there is any looseness or abnormality to ensure that the office chair can be used normally.
