First, flip the chair over so that the bottom faces up and observe the connection structure between the base and the chair body. Generally, the base is fixed to the chair body with screws or clips. Use an appropriate screwdriver or wrench to unscrew the screws securing the base one by one. If it is a clip connection, locate the position of the clips and gently pry them open with a tool or your fingers to separate them. During the disassembly process, be sure to keep the removed screws and parts safe to avoid losing them. After disassembly, install the new base onto the chair body in the reverse order, ensuring that the screws are tightened and the clips are properly engaged to ensure a firm base installation.
Disassembling Ergonomic Chairs Without Professional Tools
