Introduction to Office Chair Buttons
The buttons and knobs on office chairs have a variety of functions to meet different usage needs, as follows:

The headrest adjustment function is mainly achieved through the operable design of the headrest part. The headrest can rotate, allowing users to adjust the angle according to their own head movement needs for more comfortable support. At the same time, the headrest can also be adjusted up and down, enabling people of different heights to adjust the headrest to an appropriate height, providing good support for the neck, reducing neck pressure, and enhancing sitting comfort.
The backrest hardness adjustment is accomplished using a knob located beneath the office chair. When the knob is rotated clockwise, the chair's backrest becomes harder, providing stronger support for the user, suitable for work scenarios where maintaining a fixed sitting posture for a long time or requiring strong back support is necessary, such as long hours of writing or drawing at a desk. Conversely, rotating the knob counterclockwise makes the backrest softer, offering more flexible support, making the user feel more at ease when frequently changing sitting postures or engaging in some relaxed office activities.
The chair height adjustment is achieved by rotating the rod beneath the office chair up or down. Rotating the rod upward raises the chair, suitable for taller individuals or when used with higher desks. Rotating the rod downward lowers the chair, making it convenient for shorter people to use or match with lower desks, ensuring that the user's feet can rest flat on the ground, maintaining the correct sitting posture and reducing leg fatigue.
The locking and unlocking functions are also controlled by a specific rod. Pushing the rod inward locks the chair, fixing its current state. For example, after adjusting the chair height, backrest angle, etc., pushing the rod inward prevents the chair from accidentally changing due to external forces during use, ensuring stability and safety. Pulling the rod outward unlocks the chair, allowing the user to adjust the chair's various parameters again as needed.
Some office chairs also feature lumbar massage and seat heating functions. A white button can turn the lumbar massage function on or off. When turned on, it provides massage for the lower back, relieving muscle tension and reducing lower back fatigue caused by prolonged sitting. There is also a dedicated button to turn the seat heating function on or off, allowing the user to feel warm in cold weather and enhancing comfort.
