Office Chair Armrest Adjustment
You can refer to the following methods for adjusting the armrests of an office chair:

Height Adjustment: First, adjust the height of the seat to ensure that your feet are flat on the ground and your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Sit up straight and let your upper arms hang naturally close to your torso, with your elbows bent at a 90-degree angle. Measure the vertical distance from the tip of your elbow to the seat surface; this is the standard height for the armrests (usually 20 - 25 centimeters). When adjusting, support the tip of your elbow with your hand and slowly raise or lower the armrests until they fully support the weight of your arms and your shoulders do not feel raised or lowered. If the armrests are not adjustable and are too high, you can place a 3 - 5 centimeter thick cushion on the armrests; if they are too low, you can place a footrest under the seat to help level it.
Forward and Backward Adjustment: After adjusting the height of the armrests, push the armrests forward and backward to align the bending point of your elbows with the edge of the desk. At this time, your forearms should be able to rest naturally on the armrests, and your wrists should be flat against the desk when operating the mouse and keyboard. If the armrests cannot be adjusted forward and backward, you can compensate by adjusting the distance between the seat and the desk: sit up straight and extend your arm so that your fingertips just touch the edge of the keyboard; this is the appropriate distance.
Width Adjustment: When your arms hang naturally, the distance between your elbows is roughly the same as your shoulder width. Adjust the width of the armrests so that the inner sides of the armrests fit closely against the outer sides of your upper arms, with a gap of no more than 2 centimeters. For people with a larger build, the width of the armrests should be 3 centimeters wider than the shoulder width; for those with a smaller build, you can choose armrests with a retraction function to accommodate different body types.
Special Adjustment Methods: Some office chairs have special armrest adjustment methods. For example, the backrest rebound of the Jinyexing A03 computer chair is controlled by the tightness of the four screws on the armrests. You can adjust the backrest rebound force by slowly adjusting the screws on both sides of the armrests. After installing the GF - 23(9D armrests), the armrests can be adjusted up and down, rotated 720 degrees with double joints, moved forward and backward, and flipped. The armrests of the C100 Premium Edition office chair have gears. Gently lift them up, and after reaching the highest point, they will return to the first gear. When adjusting, refer to the instruction manual or operation guide for the specific model.
