The disassembly and assembly of office chair legs can be carried out according to the following steps:

Disassembly

• Separation of the seat from the gas cylinder and the gas cylinder from the chair legs: In the disassembly of an office chair, separating the seat from the gas cylinder and the gas cylinder from the chair legs can be relatively challenging. When disassembling the base, first separate the backrest, and then raise the gas rod to its highest position. Assembly

• Installation of casters and chair legs: It is recommended to follow a bottom-up principle when assembling an office chair. First, install the casters onto the chair legs, ensuring they are accurately placed in the corresponding positions and firmly secured to prevent loosening or detachment during use.
• Installation of the gas rod: After installing the chair legs, vertically place the gas rod in the center of the chair legs, ensuring that the gas rod is aligned with the center of the chair legs. This ensures that the gas rod can function properly during use, enabling functions such as height adjustment.
• Installation of the base plate and seat: Next, fix the base plate to the seat using screws. Pay attention to the tightness of the screws during installation, ensuring that the base plate is firmly connected to the seat without over-tightening, which could damage the screws or the seat.
• Connection of the backrest and seat: After installing the seat, connect the backrest to the seat, ensuring the stability of the connection to allow the backrest to withstand a certain amount of pressure and provide comfortable support for the user.
• Installation of the base and gas rod: Insert the base vertically onto the gas rod, paying attention to the depth and angle of insertion to ensure a tight connection between the base and the gas rod, preventing wobbling during use.
• Installation of armrests and headrests: Finally, install the armrests and headrests according to the design and installation instructions of the office chair, placing them in the corresponding positions to complete the entire assembly process of the office chair.
