Black and White Office Chair Adjustment

The adjustment functions of different models of the Ergohuman Black and White office chair are as follows:

Model E301:

• Seat Height Adjustment: After leaving the seat cushion, lift the cable control regulator on one side of the seat cushion upwards to raise the seat; lift it again to lower it.
• Backrest Recline: Pull the operating lever outwards, lean back with force to recline the backrest, and the recline function can be locked.
• Footrest Function: Pull out the footrest to activate this function; it can be retracted when not in use.
• Seat Depth Adjustment: Pull the front operating lever upwards and move the seat cushion to adjust the seat depth.
• Armrest Adjustment: Press the button on the outer side of the armrest handle to lift or lower the armrest; hold the front end of the armrest and pull it forward or push it backward to adjust the front-back position; move the armrest surface horizontally left or right for lateral adjustment; push the armrest left or right to rotate it; press the button on the inner side of the armrest while flipping the armrest surface upwards to rotate the front part of the armrest surface.
• Lumbar Support Adjustment: Hold the lumbar support and pull it up or down to adjust the height; when pulled to the frontmost position, it will automatically unlock, and pushing it back to the initial position allows for further adjustment of the lumbar support's front-back position; the lumbar support automatically follows the movement of the waist front and back; it can automatically fold to support the waist; both sides can be folded inwards.
• Backrest Adjustment: Hold the backrest with both hands to adjust it up or down.
• Headrest Adjustment: Pull the headrest up or down by hand to adjust the height; pull it forward by hand to adjust the front-back multi-position; twist the main shaft at the lower side of the headrest by hand to rotate the main shaft; hold the upper end of the headrest surface with both hands and move it up or down to rotate the headrest mesh surface.

Model E2pro:

• Headrest Adjustment: 3D adjustment, supporting height adjustment, pillow surface rotation, and pillow shaft front-back adjustment.
• Lumbar Pillow Adjustment: Adopts a separate waist and back design; the lumbar pillow can be adjusted up or down with three positions to change the support position and intensity.
• Armrest Adjustment: The mid-range armrests are 3D armrests, supporting height adjustment, front-back adjustment, and small-angle rotation; the high-end version has a larger rotation angle.

Model E3Ultra Fifth Generation:

• Headrest Adjustment: Push the headrest forward to unlock it, push it backward to lock it; pushing it forward one step at a time to the frontmost position will unlock it.
