Wheel Office Chair Installation
The installation steps for a wheel office chair are as follows:

Step 1: Install the Five-Star Base and Wheels
Insert the wheels into the holes of the five-star base. Apply slight pressure to ensure they are securely in place; some models may require the wheels to be screwed in by rotating them. After installation, check that the wheels rotate smoothly without any jamming or looseness.
Step 2: Install the Gas Lift Cap and Gas Lift
Flip the five-star base upside down so that the bottom faces up. Insert the gas lift into the central hole of the five-star base. Note: Before installation, remove the protective cap from the top of the gas lift to avoid affecting its lifting function. The gas lift should be inserted vertically to ensure a tight connection with the five-star base.
Step 3: Install the Seat Base
Place the seat cushion flat on a clean surface. Align the seat base with the mounting position on the bottom of the seat cushion. Pay attention to the orientation of the seat base (usually clearly marked). Use the provided screws to secure the seat base, and make sure to tighten all screws to prevent loosening during subsequent use.
Step 4: Connect the Gas Lift to the Seat Cushion
Lift the seat cushion with the installed seat base and insert the top of the gas lift into the central hole of the seat base. Keep the gas lift vertical during insertion to avoid an unstable connection due to tilting. After insertion, gently press down on the seat cushion to test if the gas lift moves up and down smoothly.
Step 5: Install the Armrests
Align the armrests with the mounting holes on both sides of the seat cushion. Pay attention to distinguishing between the left and right armrests (usually marked). When installing, first fix the screws at the bottom of the armrests, but do not tighten them yet to leave room for adjustment during the installation of the backrest.
Step 6: Install the Backrest
Align the backrest with the mounting position at the rear of the seat cushion, paying attention to the orientation (usually marked at the top of the backrest). First, insert the screws on both sides of the bottom of the backrest into the corresponding holes on the seat cushion, but do not tighten them yet. Then, insert the screws at the top of the backrest and secure them loosely. Finally, adjust the alignment of the holes between the backrest and the armrests and tighten all the screws. Special model tip: For the T37 hollow model, point the arrow on the tray towards the front of the seat cushion and align the protrusion on the backrest with the hole on the seat cushion and snap it in.
Step 7: Final Inspection and Decoration
Check that all screws are tightened to ensure that the chair does not wobble or make any abnormal noises. Install the armrest decorative caps (if any) to complete the overall assembly.
Precautions:
- The installation steps may vary for different models of office chairs. It is recommended to refer to the product manual first.
- Avoid using excessive force during installation to prevent damage to the parts or scratches.
- Regularly check the tightness of the screws to extend the service life of the chair.
