What to Hang on Office Chairs
Office chairs can have clothes hung on them, or paintings can be hung on the wall behind the chair or on the right side of the office desk seat, with different arrangements having different considerations.
Hanging Clothes on Office Seats
In Feng Shui culture, there are many considerations when hanging clothes on office seats. In terms of color, earthy yellow or yellow are recommended. These two colors symbolize having support behind you at all times, providing psychological support and a sense of security. Additionally, low-key neutral colors such as beige, camel, and off-white are also good choices. They are not overly flashy and help create a stable atmosphere. In terms of material, cotton and linen are the top choices. Cotton and linen have natural and rustic qualities, making people feel comfortable and relaxed, helping to create a good atmosphere and improve the quality of work and life. In terms of hanging method, clothes should be placed flat on the back of the chair, preferably covering the entire back. This makes the back of the chair look fuller and more substantial, giving a stable and reliable feeling. In terms of quantity, two main colors are sufficient. Avoid piling clothes up like a color palette, and do not let the clothes create a sense of oppression, as this may bring a feeling of depression and affect work and mood.
Hanging Calligraphy or Paintings Behind Office Seats
The wall behind the seat is suitable for hanging calligraphy or paintings, such as calligraphy works, oil paintings, and traditional Chinese paintings. Traditional Chinese paintings of the Great Wall are a great choice. The Great Wall symbolizes resilience and strength, implying that one's career will soar forward, inspiring people to continuously strive for higher goals. Feng Shui paintings depicting a supportive mountain, such as traditional Chinese paintings of Mount Tai, can enhance the luck of meeting influential people, making it easier to receive help and support from others at work. Open mountain and water landscapes are also good options. They make people feel as if they are in nature, broadening their vision and mind, helping to relieve work pressure and improve work efficiency. For boss chairs, it is advisable to hang Feng Shui paintings depicting a supportive mountain, such as traditional Chinese paintings of the Great Wall, Mount Tai, or mountains and flowing water. These paintings can enhance career luck and bring good fortune to career development.
Hanging Paintings on the Right Side of Office Desk Seats
On the right side of the office desk seat (the White Tiger position), it is advisable to hang small, static, and peaceful paintings, such as small landscape paintings, flower and bird paintings, or calligraphy works. These paintings can create a quiet and harmonious atmosphere, helping people concentrate on their work. Avoid hanging paintings with towering, dynamic, or conflicting patterns, as these patterns may bring a sense of unease and tension, affecting work efficiency and mood.
