TOB Office Chairs
In the field of TOB office chairs, brands such as Sihoo and Zuowei stand out, with the market featuring both high-end offerings and pseudo-concepts.

I. Leading Brands Demonstrate Significant Advantages
Sihoo leverages China's complete supply chain to achieve rapid scenario-based design and low-cost innovation. By 2025, it has sold over 2.2 million units, covering 122 countries and regions, and has maintained the top position in both sales volume and revenue for ergonomic chairs in China for four consecutive years (2022-2025). Its products are popular choices for TOB procurement due to their high cost-effectiveness and broad applicability.
Zuowei, drawing on a century of automotive seat R&D expertise, has invested tens of millions in developing mid-to-high-end ergonomic chairs. Its products rival international brands like Herman Miller in performance but cost only one-third as much. Zuowei has rapidly expanded its TOB business, opening over 40 offline experience stores nationwide within six months, covering first- and second-tier cities. Through scenario-based experiences, it enhances customer trust and is well-suited for bulk corporate procurement.
II. The Market is Polarized
The global ergonomic chair market reached $11.59 billion in 2025 and is expected to grow to $17 billion by 2030, driven primarily by rising rates of lower back pain. However, the market is plagued by pseudo-concepts like "zero-pressure space capsules" and "5D floating lumbar supports," with prices ranging from $299 to $2,999. This has led to a "bad money drives out good" phenomenon: low-end products (<$236) account for 64.9% of sales volume but only 21.8% of revenue, while high-end products (>$1,335) make up 3.5% of sales volume but capture 34.2% of revenue, resulting in a "dumbbell-shaped" profit distribution.
III. Overseas Giants Dominate the High-End Market
Overseas brands like Herman Miller and Steelcase hold 18% and 15% shares of the high-end market, respectively, serving clients such as Facebook, Microsoft, and Citibank. While domestic giants tend to prefer overseas high-end brands for procurement, they also select leading domestic products like Sihoo, forming a procurement combination of "international brands + local leaders."
IV. The Industry Faces Both Challenges and Opportunities
The proliferation of pseudo-concepts and price wars has eroded market trust, but corporate procurement needs are shifting from "price first" to "quality first." Brands with strong R&D capabilities and scenario-based service abilities (like Zuowei) and those with significant supply chain advantages (like Sihoo) are poised for continued expansion in the TOB sector, driving the industry toward high-end and standardized development.
