Taifeng Xianxing: A Qinghai Hideaway in the Office, Breathing with Nature

Qinghai Taifeng Xianxing Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2010 and located in the Nanchuan Industrial Park of Xining, leverages Qinghai's uniquely abundant salt-lake resources to build a 160,000-ton intelligent manufacturing base for high-energy-density lithium battery cathode materials. Guided by the vision of "energy set free by technology, a world made better by green," the company is committed to perfectly fusing technology with nature, creating for its clients a vibrant, diverse, ecological office complex. Here, the concept of open office gets a fresh interpretation: natural elements interweave with Qinghai's regional character, offering every employee a comfortable, pleasant working environment.

As a practitioner of this philosophy, Yihang understands that office space design must not only meet the needs of daily work but also spark employees' creativity and imagination. Yihang therefore wove the natural beauty and regional character of Qinghai into the space design, and through careful planning and layout made the meeting of nature and technology the most distinctive landscape of this space.

1. Design philosophy: coexisting with nature, embracing Qinghai's character

In designing the office space and furniture for Qinghai Taifeng Xianxing Lithium Energy Technology, Yihang adopted a CMF design strategy that skillfully combines the natural elements of the Qinghai region with the modern office. It explored Qinghai's natural environment in depth — vast grasslands, clear lakes, towering mountains, and rich vegetation — distilling the color elements that best represent this land.

Sophisticated gray serves as the main color, accented by corporate blue and sunlight gold, with wood-grain coffee and energy green blended in as coordinating tones. These color choices not only elevate the texture of the space but visually build an atmosphere of harmonious coexistence with the natural environment.

In the reception area, Tibetan-style carpets inspired by Dongtai Jinar Lake are laid down, keeping the whole space modern while preserving a distinctive ethnic flavor. Yihang also studied Qinghai's local customs in depth and brought weaving elements into the space design — such as seats with a woven form that are distinctive in shape and echo the Tibetan carpets, adding warmth and comfort to the space.

2. Space planning: efficient use that creates more value

In planning the office space, Yihang focused on raising space utilization to optimize the office environment, improve work efficiency, and advance sustainable, low-carbon offices. For the company's diverse office and training needs, Yihang designed differentiated office zones and used modular training tables and a flexible, adaptable seating system, giving the space higher flexibility and adaptability.

This efficient space planning not only reduces resource waste and improves cost-effectiveness but also creates more value for the organization.

3. Customized solutions: more than 30 versions for an efficient, high-quality experience

To meet the diverse needs of Qinghai Taifeng Xianxing Lithium Energy Technology, Yihang's Nanjing branch and headquarters worked together efficiently, quickly assembled a professional team, and rolled out more than 30 versions of customized office furniture and space design solutions.
