Sleeping on an Office Chair
There are several feasible ways to sleep on an office chair:

The first method is to recline the office chair and use a U-shaped pillow. When the office space is narrow and there is no condition to place a bed, you can make full use of the office chair for a noon break. Adjust the office chair to a reclined position and pair it with a U-shaped pillow. During the noon break, lean directly against the backrest, and your neck will be effectively supported by the U-shaped pillow. This position is similar to lying down to sleep and can reduce physical stress to a certain extent, allowing your body to relax. If you choose to sleep on your stomach, you can place the U-shaped pillow on the desktop with the opening facing left and tuck your chin into the groove. This way, your arms don't need to be placed under your head, preventing arm numbness due to prolonged pressure and enhancing the comfort of your noon break.
The second method is to use a reclining office chair. There are some well-designed reclining office chairs on the market, such as the Sihoo M88 ergonomic chair and the Bajiujian C6 reclining chair. Taking the Bajiujian C6 reclining chair as an example, it can achieve a true 180-degree recline (in terms of the human body's perception, it feels like 180 degrees). When fully reclined, the back and neck can closely fit the backrest without any empty spaces, allowing your body to truly lie flat. In this reclined position, resting with a thin pillow for 20 minutes can quickly recharge your body. Moreover, without the sleep atmosphere of a bedroom, it is easier to control the duration of your noon break and avoid oversleeping and affecting subsequent work. In addition, this chair has a gravity-sensing design. When adjusting all gears, getting up and lying down are also relatively friendly for girls with less strength. It adopts a three-body linkage design. When reclining, the seat cushion and backrest will move forward, making it more stable when turning over or reaching for things and preventing falls due to chair movement.
The third method is to transform two office chairs into a semi-reclined position. If you don't want to lie on the floor but still want a relatively comfortable resting position at your workstation, you can pull your own office chair back and adjust it to the maximum angle, and then use another office chair for assistance to create a semi-reclined position to meet the need for a short rest.
