Pig Sitting on an Office Chair
For people born in the Year of the Pig, when working at an office, there should be a solid wall behind the chair as support to avoid 'sitting in an empty space'. Moreover, the area behind the chair should be a fixed support and not a corridor or a place with frequent foot traffic.
From the perspective of Feng Shui layout, for those born in the Year of the Pig, the layout of the office seat has specific considerations, among which the setting behind the chair is particularly crucial.
There should be a solid wall behind the chair as support: In Feng Shui, the concept of a 'backer' is of great importance. For people born in the Year of the Pig, having a solid wall behind the chair when working is like having a solid backing, providing stable support. This stable support not only brings a sense of security psychologically, making people feel more at ease and grounded when working, but also, in terms of Feng Shui symbolism, represents a solid foundation for their career. It helps them concentrate on their work, reduce external distractions, and improve work efficiency. For example, when a person sits on an office chair with a solid wall behind it, they will feel more composed and think more clearly, enabling them to better cope with various challenges at work.
The area behind should be a fixed support and avoid being a corridor or a place with frequent foot traffic: If the area behind the chair is a corridor or a place with frequent foot traffic, it will make people feel insecure when working. From a Feng Shui perspective, this layout disrupts the stability of the qi field, making it difficult for people to concentrate and easily affected by external factors. For instance, when someone walks frequently behind, people will unconsciously be distracted, affecting their work focus. Choosing a fixed support such as a wall, cabinet, or screen behind the chair can create a relatively quiet and stable working environment, helping those born in the Year of the Pig maintain focus, enhance their inner sense of security, and thus better exert their work abilities and promote career development.
