Office Mesh Chair Assembly
The assembly of an office mesh chair usually follows the sequence of casters → gas lift → seat → backrest → armrests. The specific steps are as follows:

Preparation
Before assembly, count all the components, including casters, five-star base, gas lift, seat, backrest, armrests, as well as accessories such as screws, nuts, and wrenches, to ensure they are all present. At the same time, choose a spacious and flat surface for operation to prevent parts from being lost or damaged.
Installing the Casters
Align the casters with the sockets at the bottom of the five-star base. Press down vertically with force until each caster is fully inserted and clicks into place. You may hear a 'click' sound during installation, indicating that they are in position. After installation, check that all casters are secure and will not come off easily.
Installing the Gas Lift
One end of the gas lift usually has a spring. Insert this end vertically into the central hole of the five-star base until you hear a distinct 'click' sound, indicating that the gas lift is locked onto the five-star base. If the gas lift does not insert smoothly, do not force it by hitting it. Instead, check if the holes are aligned.
Installing the Seat
Place the seat bottom-up and locate the central gas lift connection hole. Align it with the top of the gas lift and slowly lower the seat. During installation, you should feel a distinct fit. If it feels loose, it may be due to a mismatched model or incorrect installation direction, and you need to readjust it.
Installing the Backrest
For most mesh chairs, the backrest is connected to the rear of the seat with screws. Locate the screw holes on the backrest and seat, initially secure the screws with your fingers, and then tighten them with the appropriate tool. It is advisable not to fully tighten them at first. Once all the screws are in place, tighten them uniformly to facilitate position adjustment.
Installing the Armrests
The armrests are usually installed on both sides of the seat and are fixed with screws. Align the mounting plates under the armrests with the holes on the sides of the seat and screw in the screws from below. Since the armrests are often under stress, make sure each screw is fully tightened. After installation, test their firmness by shaking them with your hands.
Inspection and Adjustment
After all installation is complete, first check that all connection points are secure, especially the load-bearing parts such as the gas lift and five-star base, and the seat and gas lift. Then test whether the height adjustment function works smoothly and whether the backrest can recline flexibly. Finally, sit on the chair to check for any abnormal noises or wobbling.
