1. Installation of Basic Components
Begin by assembling the chair wheels and the gas lift. Insert each of the five chair wheels into the mounting holes of the five-star base one by one, ensuring that each wheel is fully embedded and free from looseness. Flip the five-star base so that the wheels face downward, align the thicker end of the gas lift vertically with the center hole of the five-star base, and slowly press down until fully inserted. Check the perpendicularity of the gas lift to the base during this step to avoid tilting, which could cause wobbling during subsequent use.

2. Connection of the Seat Base and the Seat Cushion
Place the seat base on the bottom of the seat cushion, paying attention to the directional markings on the seat base (usually marked with “FRONT” or an arrow indicating the front). After aligning the four screw holes on the seat cushion, use a screwdriver to insert the four screws one by one and tighten them 3-4 turns to ensure the seat base is initially fixed, then tighten them one by one until the screws are fully embedded. Avoid cross-tightening the screws during this process to prevent deformation of the seat base or unevenness of the seat cushion surface.

3. Fixation of the Gas Lift and the Seat Cushion
Align the bottom of the assembled seat cushion with the top of the gas lift, and slowly press down to insert the gas lift into the center hole of the seat base until the seat cushion is fully in contact with the gas lift. At this point, gently shake the seat cushion to test the stability of the connection. If there is any looseness, readjust the angle of the gas lift or check whether the screws on the seat base are tightened.

4. Installation of the Backrest

• Armrest Connection: Align the two sides at the bottom of the backrest with the armrest mounting slots on both sides of the seat cushion, and press down vertically to fully embed the backrest with the armrest brackets.
• Screw Fixation: First, use two C-type screws to pass upward through the mounting holes from the bottom of the armrest brackets to fix the bottom of the backrest; then align the mounting holes at the back of the backrest with the holes on the seat cushion brackets, and use two wrenches to lock and fix them with D-type screws (i.e., one wrench holds the nut in place, and the other turns the screw). Ensure that the screws are tightened evenly during this step to avoid tilting of the backrest.

5. Adjustment and Fixation of the Armrests
Press and hold the adjustment button below the armrest surface, insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively, adjust the height or angle of the armrests according to usage needs, and then release the button. Some armrests need to be further fixed with screws at the bottom, and refer to the instruction manual for operation.

6. Installation of the Headrest
Align the bottom of the headrest with the mounting slot at the top of the backrest, press down vertically to fully embed it, and use two E-type screws to pass through the fixing clips and tighten them to ensure that the headrest is free from wobbling.
