Office Chair Production Diagram
Currently, no direct image information presenting the entire production process of office chairs has been found, but the production process of office chairs can be described in detail.

The production process of office chairs mainly consists of three main stages: metal frame fabrication, leather and foam processing, and assembly.
In the metal frame fabrication stage, steel tubes are first bent to form the bottom cushion frame, which serves as the basic support structure of the chair. Then, steel bars are welded in the middle of the cushion frame to install the mechanical device for adjusting the chair, ensuring that the chair can be adjusted in height and angle. Next, steel springs are hung to form the chair's suspension net, providing elastic support for the chair. Metal rods are then clamped onto the springs to increase stability and support, making the chair more sturdy and durable. After that, the backrest frame of the chair, including lumbar support, armrest parts, and other accessories, is welded according to the blueprint, completing the metal frame fabrication of the chair.
In the leather and foam processing stage, the leather is first laid flat on the cutting table and cut into the required patterns for the chair along the template shape to ensure that the size and shape of the leather meet the design requirements. Then, the filling foam is cut according to the shape of the leather. The cushion part uses harder foam to maintain its shape and provide sufficient support; the backrest part selects softer foam to improve comfort, allowing users to feel comfortable even when sitting for a long time. Next, the leather and foam are sewn together, with pleats pinched at special positions to form decorative thread patterns, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the chair. The backrest, side panels, and contour covers of the chair are sewn separately to ensure that the leather and foam of each part are tightly combined.
In the assembly stage, a layer of cardboard is added to the backrest frame, followed by a layer of foam, and finally wrapped with a leather cover to make the backrest more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. A sliding plate assembly is installed to enable front-to-back adjustment of the cushion position, meeting the needs of different users. Then, a hydraulic cylinder is installed to adjust the height and allow 360-degree rotation of the chair, providing a more flexible user experience. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to an aluminum base, and casters are inserted to enable easy movement of the chair. Finally, a headrest and armrests are installed on the backrest to provide more comprehensive support and comfort for users.
