Office Chair Installation
Refer to the following steps for installing an office chair. Note that operations may vary slightly depending on the model, so adjustments should be made according to the actual situation:

Basic Component Installation
Start with the bottom structure. Align the wheels with the mounting holes on the five-star base and secure them by rotating and screwing them in. While installing, gently shake the wheels left and right to use friction for smoother entry into the threaded holes, ensuring each wheel is firmly connected to prevent looseness or detachment during subsequent use. After installing the wheels, vertically insert the gas lift into the center hole of the five-star base, pressing firmly to the specified depth to ensure full contact between the gas lift and the base. The gas lift is a crucial component for adjusting the seat height; improper installation may result in malfunctioning height adjustment or seat wobbling.
Model-Specific Operations (Taking Model 1011A as an Example)
For the 1011A model office chair, additional installation of seat armrests is required. Prepare AL-sized screws and matching washers. Pass the screws through the pre-drilled holes in the armrests and the bottom of the seat, place the washers, and then preliminarily secure them. Ensure the direction of the armrests is symmetrical with the seat to avoid tilting. After preliminary fixation, use a tool to fully tighten the screws, ensuring the armrests are stable and wobble-free. Control the force applied during this step to prevent over-tightening, which could cause the screws to strip or damage the components.
Detail Adjustment and Fixation
Another common installation method involves connecting the footrest covers to the armrests. While installing, press down on the top of the footrest cover and rotate it to align the threads with the chair legs. Rotate until it can no longer turn, then cover it with a decorative cap. Repeat this operation for all four chair legs to ensure symmetry. When connecting the armrests to the backrest, use short nails for fixation. Preliminarily screw in each nail without fully tightening them. After the other armrest is also preliminarily fixed, alternately tighten the nails on both sides, screwing each one a few turns at a time. This method prevents the backrest from tilting due to excessive force on one side, ensuring overall structural balance.
Safety Inspection and Testing
After completing all installation steps, thoroughly inspect the connection of all components to ensure they are secure. Focus on checking the fixation of the wheels, gas lift, armrests, and backrest. Gently shake the chair to observe for any looseness or unusual noises. Finally, test the height adjustment, rotation, and backrest adjustment functions to ensure all functions are normal before putting the chair into use. If any components are missing or installation is difficult, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer for professional guidance or video tutorials to avoid damage caused by improper operation.
