Office Chair Height Adjustment Installation
The installation steps for the height-adjustment part of an office chair are as follows:

First, assemble the basic components. Directly snap the movable casters into the slots of the five-star base, ensuring that the casters are tightly connected to the base and can rotate freely 360 degrees horizontally. This step is the foundation of the office chair's stability, and the flexible rotation of the casters ensures smooth movement of the chair during use. After installing the casters, flip the five-star base over so that the casters face down and place it on a stable surface to provide a solid support for subsequent installations.
Next, install the height-adjustment rod. Insert the height-adjustment rod vertically into the hole in the center of the five-star base. Pay attention to the direction during insertion to ensure that the bottom of the rod is fully embedded in the hole, avoiding any looseness or tilting. The height-adjustment rod is the core component that enables the office chair to adjust its height, and its installation quality directly affects the chair's user experience and safety. After insertion, gently shake the rod to check if it is firmly installed.
Then, install the computer chair tray. Align the tray with the top of the height-adjustment rod, slowly lower it and fasten it tightly, ensuring that the tray is tightly connected to the rod without any wobbling. The tray is an important part that supports the seat and backrest, and its installation position and firmness will affect the structural stability of the entire chair.
Some office chairs also require screw fixation during installation. For example, for chairs with backrest brackets, use screws to fix the backrest brackets to the tray or seat frame, and ensure that all screws are tightened to prevent the backrest from becoming loose or wobbling during use. For chairs with explosion-proof bases, use specific screws (such as the four shortest screws) to fix the base to the five-star base to enhance the chair's safety. When installing screws, use the appropriate tools and tighten them step by step according to the instructions to avoid screw slippage or insufficient tightening.
