Office Chair Health Care
Office chair health care should be approached from three aspects: proper usage, selecting the right chair, and doing chair exercises.

Proper Usage of Office Chairs: Maintaining the correct sitting posture is crucial. For the upper body, keep the neck upright with the head supported, shoulders naturally hanging down, upper arms close to the body, and elbows bent at a 90-degree angle. When operating the keyboard or mouse, try to keep the wrist in a horizontal position. For the lower body, keep the waist straight, knees naturally bent at a 90-degree angle, and both feet on the ground. Additionally, prolonged sitting can be harmful to the body. It is advisable to take short breaks every hour to engage in simple activities such as looking into the distance for 5 minutes, bending the waist, twisting the legs, stretching the arms, turning the neck, and rubbing the face. You can also go to the restroom or wash your face to force yourself to stand up and walk around, promoting blood circulation and relieving physical fatigue.
Selecting an Office Chair with Health Care Features: The backrest design should be able to adjust according to changes in body posture, providing sufficient support to reduce spinal pressure, preferably with a reclining function. The headrest should provide necessary support for the head and neck to relieve neck pressure. The height and adjustability of the armrests should be appropriate, allowing adjustment according to arm length and sitting posture to prevent arm fatigue from hanging in the air. Consider the angle and material of the seat cushion; an ideal seat cushion should disperse pressure on the buttocks and provide good ventilation to prevent discomfort from heat and moisture. The height of the backrest should be moderate, fitting the curve of the back to provide effective support. The material should be durable and odorless to ensure safe and healthy use. The office chair should have adjustable features such as height, tilt angle, and casters to meet different usage needs. Ensure that the structure is stable with no sharp edges to prevent accidental injuries. If possible, choose a foldable office chair for easy storage and movement. Opt for products from well-known brands to ensure reliable quality and after-sales service.
Performing Chair Exercises: Tighten your waist and abdomen, first straighten your body and take a deep breath, then tighten your waist and abdomen and hold for 2-3 seconds, repeating 4-8 times. Tighten your back muscles, pull your shoulders back forcefully, and hold for 4-6 seconds, repeating 4-8 times. Place your hands on the armrests and lift your body with force, holding for 3-4 seconds, repeating 4-8 times. Tighten your abdomen and lift your buttocks, first tighten your abdomen, support yourself with your hands on the armrests, then tighten your gluteal muscles to lift your buttocks slightly off the chair, holding for 4-6 seconds, repeating 4-8 times. Bend your knees and hug your legs, lift your legs with knees bent, and hug your calves with both hands to bring your knees close to your chest, repeating 4-8 times. Turn your waist, place your hands on your hips, stand with both feet on the ground, and turn your waist to the maximum extent to the left and right, repeating 8-12 times.
