Office Chair Handle Installation
The method for installing handles on an office chair depends on the specific model. Below are the installation methods for common models and a general process:

For the GF-23 computer chair, the handle installation requires 4 long screws for fixation. Before installation, confirm that the screw holes on the armrests and the seat cushion match. Align the armrests with the installation holes on both sides of the seat cushion, insert the long screws one by one, and initially tighten them. After initial fixation, check whether the armrests are parallel to the surface of the seat cushion to avoid discomfort due to tilting, and finally tighten the screws one by one to ensure stability.
The installation steps for the Wo9 computer chair are more detailed and require 6 slender screws and a matching wrench. First, align the screw holes on the armrests and the seat cushion, insert the screws, and manually screw them in only until they are slightly tight to prevent difficulties in subsequent adjustments. When using the wrench, tighten the screws in a diagonal order (e.g., tighten the top-left screw first, then the bottom-right one). This method can prevent the armrests from shifting due to unilateral force. After all the screws are tightened, repeatedly push and pull the armrests to test their firmness and ensure there is no looseness or wobbling.
The general installation process is applicable to most models, with the core principles being aligning the screw holes and fixing symmetrically. Before installation, clean any debris from the contact surfaces of the seat and the armrests to prevent the screws from not being fully screwed in. After placing the armrests at the preset positions on both sides of the seat cushion, initially fix the screws with your fingers, and then use tools (such as a screwdriver or wrench) to tighten them one by one. Key precautions include:
- Left-right symmetry: After installation, observe from the front to check whether the heights of the armrests are consistent to avoid affecting the sitting posture due to height differences;
- Screw compatibility: If the screws are too long, they may penetrate the seat cushion; if they are too short, they may not be able to fix the armrests. Use the screws that come with the product;
- Tool selection: For slender screws, it is recommended to use a wrench for operation, and for ordinary screws, a screwdriver can be used to avoid slipping or damaging the screw holes.
If you encounter misaligned screw holes or screws that cannot be screwed in during the installation process, stop the operation immediately and check whether the accessories are complete. Do not force the installation to avoid damaging the chair.
