The installation steps for office chairs and functional chairs are as follows. It is recommended to install from the bottom up:
Install the Chair Legs and Gas Lift
First, deal with the chair legs. Install the casters (wheels) one by one onto the chair legs, ensuring that each wheel is firmly attached to prevent looseness or detachment during subsequent use. After installing the chair legs, place the gas lift vertically into the central hole of the chair legs. Make sure the gas lift is placed vertically in this step; otherwise, it may affect the chair's height adjustment function and overall stability.
Connect Components Related to the Chair Seat
- Fix the Base: Use screws to secure the base to the chair seat. This is the foundation for connecting the chair seat to other components. Ensure that the base is firmly installed and the screws are tightened to prevent the base from wobbling during use.
- Connect the Seat Cushion and Armrests: The connection methods vary slightly depending on the chair model. For the M56C model, use 2 M630 screws, 4 M640 screws, and 6-mm washers to connect the seat cushion and armrests. For the B100lite/se - 10 series, first press out the fixing parts and decorative covers of the two armrests respectively. Then, use 2 armrest fixing parts, 8-mm washers, T3 - M8*20 screws, and armrest decorative covers to connect the armrests on both sides. During the installation process, pay attention to the specifications and quantities of the screws to ensure a firm connection.
Connect the Chair Back
Similarly, the connection methods for the chair back also vary depending on the chair model. The M56C uses 2 M830 screws and 8-mm washers to connect the back tube and the chair back. The B100lite/se - 10 series uses 2 M830 screws and 8-mm washers to connect the backrest and the back connecting rod. When connecting, ensure that the screws are tightened so that the chair back is tightly combined with the chair seat or other components, providing stable support.
Assemble the Whole Chair
Connect the seat cushion with the base to the chair legs. Align the seat cushion with the gas lift to ensure accurate connection. For the M56C, the back tube should pass through the hole in the seat cushion mechanism and align with the hole in the chair back, and then install the decorative cover. For the B100lite/se - 10 series, align the chair back decorative cover with theๆฃๅญ (buttonhole, here it might mean a specific hole for fastening) on the chair back and cover it. Pay attention to distinguishing the top and bottom of the decorative cover to avoid installation errors that may affect aesthetics and use.
Install the Headrest
Insert the headrest into the chair back by aligning it with the hole. For the M56C, the headrest bracket connector can rotate 20ยฐ, and the headrest can rotate 35ยฐ. You can adjust the angle of the headrest according to your personal needs to obtain a more comfortable sitting experience.
