Office Chair Foreign Trade Installation
The installation of foreign-trade office chairs can refer to the complete installation process of Anji Shiyi foreign-trade office chairs, with the specific steps as follows:

Step 1: Inventory and Categorization of Accessories
Take all accessories out of the packaging and place them on a flat surface. Pay special attention to checking for missing parts. Foreign-trade products may have missing accessories due to differences in transportation or packaging, so it is necessary to check each item against the accessory list in the instruction manual one by one. At the same time, categorize small parts such as screws and nuts by specification to avoid confusion during subsequent installation. For example, screws of different lengths may be used to secure different parts, so they need to be distinguished in advance.
Step 2: Installation of the Backrest and T-bar
Place the backrest with its seat facing down on a soft cushion (to prevent scratches on the surface). Find the T-bar and confirm its installation direction. The T-bar usually has a small pit or mark, and it is necessary to ensure that the pit faces upwards to match the card slot structure of the backrest. Align the T-bar with the installation hole at the bottom of the backrest and initially secure it with screws, but do not tighten them yet for subsequent angle adjustment.
Step 3: Assembly of the Base and Gas Lift
If the office chair is equipped with a five-star base, first flip it over so that the wheels face upwards, and then vertically insert the gas lift (height-adjustment column) into the center hole of the base. Note that the surface of the gas lift should be clean and free of foreign objects. After insertion, gently press down to test its stability. Some foreign-trade chairs may have a locking mechanism on the gas lift, so it is necessary to confirm that it is in the unlocked state for subsequent height adjustment.
Step 4: Overall Connection and Fixation
Connect the assembled backrest-T-bar module to the gas lift of the base. Keep the T-bar vertically aligned with the top of the gas lift and slowly press down to ensure they are fully engaged. Then use a tool (such as a wrench) to tighten the connecting screws between the backrest and the T-bar to ensure the structure is stable. If the chair has armrests, install them at this stage, usually by securing them with screws on both sides of the backrest or seat.
Step 5: Function Testing and Adjustment
After installation is complete, test all adjustment functions: including seat height adjustment, backrest tilt, armrest angle, etc. If there is any jamming or abnormal noise, check whether the screws are tightened or whether the parts are aligned. Some foreign-trade chairs may require additional adjustments due to design differences, such as headrest height or lumbar support position, so refer to the specific product instructions.
Precautions:
- It is recommended to wear gloves before installation to avoid scratching your hands or the accessories.
- If the accessories include plastic gaskets or rubber rings, install them in the specified positions as required by the instruction manual to reduce metal friction noise.
- Foreign-trade products may have different screw specifications from domestic general-purpose parts due to different export standards. Do not mix other screws to avoid affecting the structural stability.
