Office Chair Exercise Movements
You can perform a variety of exercise movements using an office chair, covering aspects such as yoga, stretching, head and neck exercises, breathing exercises, and abdominal training. Here are the specific introductions:

Chair Yoga Movements: First, sit upright on the chair with your back slightly leaning against it. Place your hands behind your head. As you inhale, open your arms backward and upward, looking at the ceiling with your elbows spread out to the sides. As you exhale, tuck your chin in, bring your elbows inward, and look down at your lower abdomen. Repeat this a few times and then slowly sit up. Second, turn around to face the back of the chair with your toes pointing outward. Reach your left hand to the opposite diagonal corner of the chair back and raise your right arm high. As you exhale, lean your body to the left. If your neck is uncomfortable, you can turn your head to look down at the right side. Use the muscles on one side of your waist to bring your body back and repeat on the other side. Third, sit on the side of the chair, turn your body towards the chair back, and grasp both ends of the chair back with your hands. As you inhale, extend your spine upward. As you exhale, twist your chest to the left and backward, pull your right hand back, and push your left hand outward. Keep your spine lifted and your chest expanded, with your knees facing forward. Repeat on the other side.
Stretching Movements: Sit on your office chair and scoot forward a bit so that you can reach a stable spot. Place your other hand on the outer side of the opposite foot and hold the position statically. Each time you inhale, fill your chest cavity, and as you exhale, twist backward and look diagonally backward. If your chest is flexible, you can see behind you. After finishing one side, switch to the other side.
Head and Neck Movements: First, lower your head so that your chin touches your throat, then tilt your head back. Next, turn your head as far to the right as possible, then nod your head three times. Repeat the same movement to the left. Repeat the entire set of movements 10 times. Second, place your right hand above your right ear and press it against your head. Lean your head to the right and gently resist with your hand. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement with your hand placed above your left ear. Do the entire set of movements 8 times.
Breathing Exercises: Sit upright and try to relax. Move your diaphragm gently and evenly to take deep breaths. Inhale actively and exhale passively until you have fully exhaled all the air, allowing your body to enter a completely relaxed state. Repeat this 5 times.
Abdominal Training Movements: First, perform knee raises and presses. As you exhale, lift your legs and crunch your abs while pressing your hands downward. Sit up straight and tall. Alternate your legs and repeat 15 times. Second, do slow mountain climbers, alternating knee bends on opposite sides. Third, perform dynamic side planks with side crunches.
