Exhaust Gas Treatment

Different projects generate exhaust gas during processes such as injection molding and foaming. For example, in the project of Jiangmen Yunjin Intelligent Furniture Co., Ltd., the organized emissions of non-methane hydrocarbons and ammonia generated during injection molding operations during the operational period must comply with relevant standards. There are also corresponding standards for odor concentration, and the emissions of particulate matter, total volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and odor concentration at the factory boundary are similarly subject to standard limits. Non-methane hydrocarbons within the factory area also have execution standards. Wastewater Treatment

Domestic sewage is one of the main sources of wastewater in office chair projects. In the project of Jiangmen Yunjin Intelligent Furniture Co., Ltd., domestic sewage is treated in a septic tank to meet relevant standards before being discharged into the Hecheng Third District Sewage Treatment Plant. The cooling water is recycled and periodically replaced, then handed over to a qualified scattered wastewater disposal unit for treatment. In the project of Kaiping Ruihai Plastic Products Co., Ltd., domestic sewage is treated in a three-stage septic tank before being discharged into the Kaiping Jingtou Sewage Treatment Plant for further treatment. Through reasonable wastewater treatment methods, direct discharge of domestic sewage into the water environment can be avoided, preventing pollution.

Noise Control

To reduce noise pollution, the project of Kaiping Ruihai Plastic Products Co., Ltd. employs low-noise equipment, reasonable layout, and adopts vibration reduction, sound insulation, and noise elimination measures to effectively reduce the noise generated by equipment operation and minimize the impact on the surrounding environment.

Solid Waste Disposal

Office chair projects generate domestic garbage, general solid waste, and hazardous waste. In the project of Kaiping Ruihai Plastic Products Co., Ltd., domestic garbage is handed over to the sanitation department for removal. General solid waste is collected and handed over to a general industrial solid waste disposal unit for treatment. Hazardous waste is collected and handed over to a unit with hazardous waste disposal qualifications for treatment, ensuring that solid waste is properly handled and avoiding secondary pollution to the environment.
