Office Chair Contract Agreement

Admin October 11, 2026

An office chair contract agreement typically includes the following key elements:

I. Basic Contract Information The contract must specify the contract number, name, project number, and project name. For example, in the contract for the purchase of office chairs by the Vehicle Management Office of the Tianjin Public Security Bureau Traffic Management Bureau, the contract number is JCT [2026] No. 401571, and the project number is Municipal Level [2026] No. 417013. Additionally, the contract parties, including the purchaser (Party A) and the supplier (Party B), should be listed in detail with their names, addresses, and contact information to ensure accuracy.

II. Contract Subject and Price The specifications, model, quantity, and unit price of the office chairs to be purchased should be clearly described. For instance, 14 OS-bow chairs at a unit price of 0.00117 ten thousand yuan, with a total contract amount of 0.1638 ten thousand yuan. If multiple products are involved, such as a general office chair purchase contract that includes tables, chairs, and beds, the unit prices and total amounts should be listed separately, and it should be specified whether the prices include taxes, installation, and freight costs.

III. Quality Requirements and Acceptance Standards The supplier must produce samples according to the purchaser's requirements and obtain the purchaser's approval before mass production. The materials, textures, and dimensions must strictly adhere to the sample standards; otherwise, the supplier is responsible for replacement and bearing the economic liability. Acceptance shall be based on the sealed sample, and any non-conformity requires modification or replacement until it meets the standards.

IV. Delivery Time and Location The contract should specify the delivery deadline, such as before June 1, 20__, and designate the delivery location, such as the school warehouse or the intersection of Zhenli Road and Jingjiang Road in Hedong District, Tianjin. The supplier must ensure timely delivery; otherwise, it shall bear the liability for breach of contract.

V. Payment Method and Deadline It is usually stipulated that the full payment shall be made after the goods are delivered and pass the acceptance inspection, such as paying 100% of the total contract amount after delivery and acceptance in a general contract. The payment method, such as bank transfer, should be clearly specified.

VI. Liability for Breach of Contract Both parties shall agree on the liability for breach of contract. For example, if the supplier delays delivery or the purchaser delays payment, both parties shall pay a daily penalty at a certain percentage (e.g., 1%) of the total contract amount. Any alteration or cancellation of the contract midway shall also result in compensation for the other party's losses.

VII. Other Clauses These include packaging, transportation, after-sales service, and dispute resolution. For example, packaging must meet standards, and the supplier is responsible for transportation damage. The supplier shall provide a three-year warranty and installation training. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if negotiation fails, litigation may be pursued. After the contract takes effect, neither party shall unilaterally alter or terminate it without consent, and any unaddressed matters may be covered by a supplementary agreement.
