Production Method of Office Chair and Conference Chair
The production process of an office chair usually includes the following steps:

First, frame production is carried out. A machine is used to bend steel pipes into the shape of the chair's bottom frame. Then, the cushion part is welded to the frame to ensure a stable structure, which serves as the basic support for the office chair.
Next is the installation of springs and steel bars. After welding, the springs are fixed to the seat to increase its softness and provide a more comfortable sitting experience for users. At the same time, steel bars are fixed in the middle of the springs to enhance the stability of the seat and prevent the springs from shifting or being damaged during use.
Then comes the production of the backrest curvature. Based on the comfortable sitting posture for long periods, the curvature of the backrest is carefully crafted. An appropriate curvature can fit the curve of the human back, effectively reducing fatigue caused by long sitting and improving the user experience.
After that is the processing of the outer cover and sponge. The leather is laid flat on the workbench, and a template is used to cut out the appropriate shape of the outer cover. At the same time, a sponge of the same size is cut. The sponge is installed between the frame and the outer cover to act as a buffer and increase comfort.
Subsequently is the stitching and installation of the sponge cushion. The sponge and the outer cover are stitched together to ensure a tight fit. After stitching, the sponge cushion is installed on the seat frame. For the backrest, a layer of particleboard is added before installing the sponge to increase its stability. The base is stabilized with a cover that has screw holes for connecting the support structure.
Next is the installation of the support frame. The support frame includes a hydraulic device for adjusting the height up and down, a 360-degree rotating bearing, and movable wheels. The installation of these components gives the office chair the functions of height adjustment, rotation, and movement, meeting the needs of users in different scenarios.
Finally, the assembly of the headrest and armrests is carried out. The headrest and armrests are assembled onto the chair, and thus, a comfortable office chair is completed.
