Large Office Chair Installation
The installation steps for a large office chair typically include installing the chair legs and casters, the gas lift, the seat, the backrest, the armrests, and the headrest.

Installing the Chair Legs and Casters: This is the first step in installing a large office chair. Taking the Livorno M40 office chair as an example, you need to install the casters onto the chair legs one by one. Specifically, pick up a universal wheel, align it with the five-pointed star-shaped hole, and then press firmly to install it. Install all five wheels in this manner. After installing the chair legs, place the gas lift vertically into the center of the chair legs to ensure it is securely positioned, preparing for subsequent installation steps.
Installing the Gas Lift: After placing the gas lift into the center hole of the chair legs, insert it into the center hole of the base. Then, flip the base upright so that the gas lift can function properly, providing the chair with lifting and lowering capabilities.
Installing the Seat: For some chairs, at this step, you need to fix the base plate to the seat using screws. Use appropriate tools to tighten each screw to ensure a firm connection between the base plate and the seat, preventing any looseness during use.
Installing the Backrest: There are two common installation methods. One is to insert the backrest diagonally into the seat's pins and secure it, then attach the pin cover. This completes the upper part of the chair. The other method is to connect the backrest to the seat after the seat is installed, ensuring a tight connection and stability of the backrest.
Installing the Armrests and Headrest: Install the armrests and headrest. When installing the armrests, align them with the screws underneath, install one armrest first, then the other, and tighten all the screws to ensure the armrests are securely installed and can be used normally. The headrest should also be installed according to the corresponding instructions to ensure it is in the correct position and firmly fixed.
In addition, before installing the Livorno M40 office chair, check the chair's leather surface for any scratches and ensure all installation accessories are complete. If any issues are found, contact customer service promptly for resolution to ensure a smooth installation process.
