Installation Guide for Office Chairs
Here are the installation guides for different types of office chairs:

General Office Chair: Step 1: Attach the five wheels to the bottom of the five-star base, ensuring the clips are secure. Step 2: Insert the gas lift vertically into the center hole of the five-star base, with the top of the gas lift facing upwards. Step 3: Align the base with the bottom of the seat plate, and secure it with four long screws. Then, connect the backrest to the seat plate using angle brackets, aligning the screws with the direction of the black fabric (usually the inner side of the backrest).
Some Office Chairs (with Armrests): Use a small rubber mallet to gently tap the plastic covers into the pre-drilled holes on the backrest or seat cushion. Secure the armrests to the metal frame with No. 3 screws, ensuring they are tightened to prevent wobbling. Pay attention to the symmetry of the armrests during installation to avoid tilting.
TOAI E1 Office Chair:
- Press the wheels firmly into the chair leg slots to ensure they are fully embedded. Insert the gas lift into the center hole of the five-star base, with the bottom flush with the base.
- Remove the seat cushion and backrest, and secure the connection between them with three M8 screws, tightening them until there is no gap.
- Align the armrests with the pre-drilled holes on the sides of the seat cushion, secure them with screws, then flip the chair seat over and install the other armrest in the same manner.
- Insert the footrest into the hole at the bottom of the seat cushion until you hear a 'click' sound, indicating it is properly installed.
- Align the top of the gas lift with the center hole of the base, and gently press down to fit it in. Finally, insert the headrest into the pre-drilled slot at the top of the backrest to complete the installation.
Ergonomic Office Chair:
- Install the five-star base and wheels: Insert the wheels into the ends of each leg of the five-star base, ensuring the clips are locked. Place the seat cushion upside down on a table for easier access to the armrests.
- Secure the armrests: Use a screwdriver to tighten three screws into the connection between the armrests and the seat cushion. Install the left and right armrests in the same manner, keeping them horizontally aligned.
- Install the backrest: Insert the bottom of the backrest into the groove of the tray, ensuring the clip is secure. Lift the assembled chair and align the center hole of the tray with the top of the gas lift, pressing down vertically to complete the connection.
Precautions:
- Before installation, check that all accessories are complete to avoid missing screws or clips.
- Keep the gas lift vertical during installation to prevent the chair from becoming unstable due to tilting.
- Tighten the screws with moderate force. Over-tightening may cause the components to crack, while under-tightening may lead to looseness.
- After installation, test the flexibility of each component, such as the rotation of the wheels, the lifting and lowering of the gas lift, and the adjustment of the armrests, to ensure they are functioning properly.
