How to Tighten Office Chairs
The tightening methods for office chairs vary depending on the model. Here are the tightening steps for common models:

Office chairs installed by Luban Home Services: First, handle the connection between the base and the seat cushion. Place the base on the seat cushion, ensuring that the four screw holes are precisely aligned. Screw in the four B screws 3-4 turns each, without fully tightening them at this stage to allow for initial positioning. Then, gradually tighten each screw completely to ensure a secure connection between the base and the seat cushion. Next, install the backrest. Align the bottom sides of the backrest with the installation positions on the armrests of the seat cushion and insert them. Use two C screws to initially secure the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets, also screwing them in 3-4 turns first. Then, align the installation holes on the back of the backrest with those on the seat cushion bracket. Use two wrenches to lock the backrest to the seat cushion bracket with D screws, ensuring that the screws are tightened to prevent the backrest from wobbling. Finally, install the headrest. Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest and secure it with two E screws through the headrest fixing clips. First, screw them in loosely 3-4 turns, then tighten them one by one to ensure the headrest is stable and does not loosen.
103 Office Chair: First, install the backrest and seat cushion. Align the backrest with the holes under the seat cushion and connect them using 620 screws, tightening them with a wrench to ensure a tight connection between the backrest and the seat cushion. Follow the same steps to install the chair leg brackets on the other side, ensuring symmetry and stability on both sides. Then, install the armrests. Align the holes on the armrests with those on the sides of the backrest and connect them using 630 screws, tightening them with a wrench. Repeat this step to connect the other side of the backrest with the armrest brackets, ensuring the armrests are firmly installed and can properly support the arms.
Jinyexing 198 Computer Chair: First, align the holes on the left armrest with those on the seat cushion to ensure accurate positioning. Align the holes on the tray with the gas lift and insert it, paying attention to the smoothness of the fit between the gas lift and the tray. Finally, use a screwdriver to tighten all the screws, ensuring a secure connection between the armrests, tray, and seat cushion to prevent looseness or wobbling during use.
