Company Overview
Foshan Hongqiao Furniture Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, is a provider of integrated solutions for commercial spaces. Its business covers spaces such as offices, government and enterprise sectors, healthcare, education, airports, and high-speed railways, offering one-stop furniture configuration services. Airport Seating Project
In the airport context, the company, in collaboration with teachers and students from Guangdong Industry Polytechnic University, created a distinctive seating project for Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport's T3 new terminal. This project includes dozens of seating designs that integrate Lingnan regional cultural elements. During the project's advancement, multiple professional and technical challenges were overcome, resulting in the acquisition of 51 national patents. The project successfully brought 51 product series, 3,522 distinctive seats, and 2 industry-first charging devices from concept to reality. However, it is not explicitly mentioned whether these airport seats fall under the category of 'office chairs' or if they are all office chair types. The design and usage scenarios of airport seats may differ from those of conventional office chairs. Airport seats focus more on meeting the rest needs of passengers during waiting times, while office chairs are primarily designed to provide comfortable sitting support for individuals in office settings to enhance work efficiency.
