The installation steps for an excellent office chair are as follows:

1. Prepare components and install chair wheels
   Sort out all components to ensure none are missing or damaged. Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base, ensuring each wheel is fully embedded and rotates smoothly. Pay attention to keeping the wheel directions consistent to avoid difficulty in moving the chair after installation.

2. Install the gas lift and five-star base
   Align the thicker end of the gas lift with the center hole of the five-star base and press down vertically until fully secured. Some models may require inserting the gas lift into the tray hole; adjust according to the instructions. Key point: Keep the gas lift vertical to prevent malfunction of the height adjustment feature due to tilting.

3. Install the base and seat cushion
   Place the base on the bottom of the seat cushion, noting the base orientation (usually marked with 'front' or 'back'). After aligning the screw holes, use a screwdriver to insert each screw 3-4 turns initially, then tighten them one by one until secure. Some models use four short screws to install the tray; ensure the screws match the holes. Note: Avoid over-tightening to prevent base deformation.

4. Install the backrest
   Align the bottom sides of the backrest with the armrest installation holes on both sides of the seat cushion. After insertion, use two screws to secure the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets. Then align the back of the backrest with the installation holes on the seat cushion brackets and tighten the screws crosswise using two wrenches (one to hold the nut, the other to turn the screw). Some models require installing the back rod (with the groove facing upwards) first, then inserting it into the tray hole and tightening the nut. Key point: Install the backrest vertically to avoid affecting support effectiveness due to tilting.

5. Install the armrests
   Press the button below the armrest surface and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets, ensuring full embedding. Use long screws to pass through the holes from the bottom of the armrests and tighten them, ensuring the left and right armrests are symmetrically installed. Note: Keep the armrest heights consistent to avoid affecting comfort during use.

6. Install the headrest and other components
   Place the headrest in the middle at the top of the backrest, press until it fits snugly, and then tighten the screws through the headrest fixing clips. If the chair has a footrest function, secure the footrest rod and pad, insert them into the footrest frame, and use two small screws to block the end holes (to prevent withdrawal). For the 9-point massage model, plug in the power massage cord and test the functionality.
