CEO Office Chair Installation
The installation of the CEO's office chair can be carried out according to the following steps:

Step 1: Install the chair wheels and five-star base
Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-claw (five-star base) one by one, ensuring that each wheel is fully embedded and free from looseness. Pay attention to keeping the direction of the chair wheels consistent during this step to avoid uneven sliding after installation. The five-star base, as the core component of the chair's support structure, should be placed steadily on the ground to provide a stable foundation for subsequent steps.
Step 2: Install the gas lift
Turn over the five-claw so that the assembly holes face upwards, and place the thicker end of the gas lift vertically against the center hole of the five-claw. The gas lift is a key component for adjusting the height of the chair. During installation, ensure that it is tightly connected to the five-star base to avoid the risk of wobbling or detachment during subsequent use.
Step 3: Install the base plate and seat cushion
Place the base plate at the bottom of the seat cushion, paying attention to the orientation of the base plate (usually marked with 'front' or 'back' indicators). After aligning it with the four screw holes, use a screwdriver to screw in the four screws one by one for 3-4 turns (avoid tightening them all at once to prevent misalignment), and then tighten them sequentially until fixed. Then, insert the center hole at the bottom of the seat cushion into the top of the gas lift to ensure a secure connection. The tightness of the screws on the base plate, as a load-bearing component, directly affects the service life of the chair.
Step 4: Install the backrest
Align the bottom sides of the backrest with the installation positions on both sides of the armrests of the seat cushion and insert them. First, use two C-screws (short screws that need to match the hole positions of the armrest brackets) to fix the bottom of the backrest through the hole positions at the bottom of the armrest brackets. Then, align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with those on the seat cushion bracket, and use two wrenches to lock and fix them with D-screws (usually long screws) to ensure a seamless connection between the backrest and the seat cushion. This step requires two people to collaborate to avoid misalignment of the backrest.
Step 5: Install the armrests
Press the elastic buttons below the armrest surfaces, and vertically insert the left and right armrests into the hole positions of the armrest brackets respectively. A 'click' sound indicates that the installation is in place. The installation of the armrests should be carried out symmetrically to avoid affecting the comfort of use due to height differences.
Step 6: Install the headrest
Align the bottom of the headrest with the middle position at the top of the backrest, press firmly on the installation part of the headrest to make it fit against the backrest, and use two screws to pass through the hole positions of the headrest fixing clips. First, screw them in for 3-4 turns one by one to adjust the position, and then tighten them completely. The height of the headrest should be adjusted according to the position of the user's neck to ensure support effectiveness.
Precautions:
- Check that all accessories are complete before installation to avoid rework due to missing parts halfway through.
- Tighten the screws in stages, first pre-tighten and then fully fix them to prevent misalignment of components.
- After installing the gas lift, test the lifting function to ensure there is no jamming or abnormal noise.
- After the overall installation is complete, check that the connection points of all components of the chair are stable, and shake the chair to ensure there is no looseness before use.
