Bow-shaped Office Chair Assembly
The assembly of a bow-shaped office chair can be carried out by referring to the following steps:

Step 1: Install the Armrests and Backrest
Use short screws to attach the left and right armrests to both sides of the backrest. It is recommended to step on the armrest frame on the other side with your foot to fix the position and prevent sliding. Be sure to initially insert the screws into the holes by hand to ensure smooth threading before aligning the holes of the armrest frame with those of the backrest and pressing them tightly. Finally, use a tool to fully tighten the screws. Pay attention to the fit between the armrests and the backrest in this step to avoid looseness due to untightened screws.
Step 2: Connect the Backrest and Seat Cushion
Connect the backrest with the installed armrests to the seat cushion. Some models may require specific screws (such as No. 3 screws) to fix the armrests to the frame of the seat cushion. Confirm the screw specifications according to the instructions. Ensure that the interfaces between the backrest and the seat cushion are aligned during connection. Press gently with your hand to assist the screws in entering the holes, and then tighten them with a tool to prevent thread misalignment.
Step 3: Install the Footrest and Foot Pins
Manually insert the screws of the footrest into the reserved holes at the bottom of the seat cushion initially. Do not directly tighten them with a tool to avoid damaging the threads. After all the screws are inserted, tighten them one by one with a tool to ensure the stability of the footrest. Then install the foot pins and caps: the foot pins are used for anti-slip, and the caps are used to cover the screw holes. When installing the caps, you can use a tool (such as a rubber mallet) to gently tap them to make them fully embedded. When tapping, you can step on the chair to fix it to prevent overall movement.
Step 4: Fine-tune and Inspect
After completing the main assembly, check whether the connections between all components are secure, especially the joints between the armrests, backrest, and seat cushion. Gently shake the chair to test its stability and confirm that the footrest does not wobble and the screws are not loose. Some models may require gently tapping covers (such as decorative covers) into specific positions with a small tool, which should be supplemented according to the instructions.
Precautions:
- Count all the accessories before assembly to avoid missing screws or tools.
- Control the force when using tools to avoid scratching the chair surface or damaging the threads.
- If you encounter a situation where the screws cannot be inserted, do not force the operation. Check whether the holes are aligned or whether the threads are damaged.
- Children should operate under the supervision of adults to prevent swallowing small parts.
