Boss Office Chair Installation

The installation process for the boss's office chair is as follows:

1. Install the wheels and gas lift
   Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base, ensuring that each wheel is fully embedded and secure. Flip the five-star base so that the wheels face downward, align the thicker end of the gas lift with the center hole of the five-star base, place it vertically, and gently press down until fully inserted. Note that the thicker end of the gas lift is the bottom, and the thinner end is the top; avoid incorrect orientation to prevent installation failure in subsequent steps.

2. Install the base and seat cushion
   Place the base on the bottom of the seat cushion, paying attention to the orientation of the base (usually marked or with grooves corresponding to the seat cushion). After aligning the four screw holes of the base with those of the seat cushion, use a screwdriver to insert each of the four screws 3-4 turns initially to secure the base temporarily, then tighten each screw fully. Ensure that the screws are fully tightened to prevent the base from loosening.

3. Connect the seat cushion to the gas lift
   Align the center hole at the bottom of the seat cushion with the thin end of the gas lift, insert it vertically downward until the base fully contacts the top of the gas lift. Ensure that the connection between the seat cushion and the gas lift is secure to prevent tilting or wobbling.

4. Install the backrest
   Align the bottom sides of the backrest with the armrest installation holes on both sides of the seat cushion, and insert them vertically until fully embedded. First, use two C-screws to pass through from the bottom of the armrest brackets to secure the connection between the bottom of the backrest and the armrest brackets; then align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with the holes on the seat cushion brackets, and use two wrenches to lock the D-screws in place (i.e., one wrench holds the nut while the other tightens the screw). Ensure that the connection between the backrest and the seat cushion is firm to prevent rattling or loosening during later use.

5. Install the armrests
   Press the buttons below the armrest surfaces and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively. There is no need to tighten the screws immediately during installation; after both armrests are inserted, adjust the height of the armrests to a symmetrical position, and then tighten the screws to secure them. Pay attention to the levelness of the armrests to avoid inconsistent heights affecting the user experience.

6. Install the headrest
   Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest, and gently press the installation area of the headrest to make it fit snugly against the backrest. Use two E-screws to pass through the headrest fixing clips and screw them into the screw holes at the top of the backrest, first insert each screw 3-4 turns initially, and then tighten them fully. Ensure that the connection between the headrest and the backrest is secure to prevent the headrest from tilting or falling off.
