Acrylic Office Chair Installation
The installation of an acrylic office chair can be carried out following these steps:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
Upon receiving the chair, verify the completeness of the accessories. The packaging should include an installation manual, a set of installation tools (including a screwdriver, etc.), and all screw components. The screw holes on the frame are designed with countersunk structures to hide the screw heads. Before installation, carefully distinguish the direction of the screw holes to avoid misalignment that could prevent fixation.
II. Frame Installation
- Initial Fixation: Follow the principle of 'from large to small' and prioritize fixing the larger components of the frame. Insert the screws into the corresponding holes but do not tighten them yet, only completing the initial positioning. This step requires ensuring that all connection points are covered with screws to avoid omissions.
- Overall Reinforcement: After all components are initially fixed, use tools to tighten the screws one by one. During operation, repeat the tightening to ensure the screws are fully embedded in the countersunk holes, achieving a stable effect. At the end, tighten the screws firmly to prevent loosening after long-term use.
- Frame Inspection: After installation, inspect the frame structure from multiple angles. Focus on observing whether the screws are fully embedded, whether the components are aligned, and the overall stability. If the frame is found to be tilted or there are large gaps at the connections, readjust the tightness of the screws.
III. Upholstered Seat Cushion Installation
After confirming the frame is correct, proceed with the installation of the upholstered seat cushion. The cushion is fixed with self-tapping screws and should be screwed directly into the reserved holes using the provided screwdriver. During operation, keep the screws vertical to avoid enlarging the holes or shifting the cushion due to tilting. After installation, gently press the cushion surface to check for a flat and snug fit.
IV. Stability Adjustment
- Initial Adjustment: After installation, gently shake the chair to test its stability. If shaking occurs, it is usually caused by asymmetrical support feet. In this case, use one hand to hold the shaking support foot and pull it downward, while using the other hand to support the adjacent support foot and push it upward, adjusting the height of the feet through slight deformation until all four feet are firmly on the ground.
- Long-term Maintenance: If shaking occurs again during daily use, repeat the above adjustment method. Regularly check the tightness of the screws to prevent structural instability due to loosening.
Precautions: Keep the installation environment clean to avoid losing small parts; if screw holes are misaligned or components are damaged, contact after-sales service promptly and do not force installation to avoid damaging the materials.
