Duke Kunshan University

Duke Kunshan University is a nonprofit Sino-foreign cooperative university jointly founded by Duke University (a top-ten US research university) and Wuhan University (a 'Double First-Class' university under China's Ministry of Education), aiming to build a world-class research university characterized by liberal arts education. The new campus dissolves functional boundaries, creating a diverse environment that gives faculty and students a sense of belonging, participation, and dialogue—a residential learning community.
