Zaozuo Office Chair

Admin October 08, 2026

The process of making a Zaozuo office chair involves multiple rigorous and orderly steps, as detailed below:

First, the bottom frame is constructed. Workers use hydraulic-powered machines to bend No. 14 steel pipes into shape, creating the frame for the bottom cushion. Fine processing is carried out at the connection ends of the frame to ensure a secure connection, while steel bars are welded in the middle. These steel bars play a crucial role as they will support the mechanism for adjusting the seat position, providing a foundation for the subsequent flexible adjustment of the seat.

Next, the seat spring system is installed. S-shaped steel springs are carefully hung from the front to the back of the seat frame. The design of these wave-shaped springs is ingenious; they will eventually form an elastic net in the seat, providing users with a comfortable sitting experience, effectively dispersing body pressure, and enhancing the elasticity and support of the seat.

Subsequently, the stability of the seat is enhanced. After the springs are hung, horizontal bars are placed and precisely clamped onto the springs. This step adds extra stability and support, making the seat more stable under pressure and less likely to deform, ensuring the safety and comfort of the user.

Then, the back frame of the chair is constructed. This includes making the spine, armrest attachments, and other related components. During the construction process, the steel is ground smooth to remove burrs and other rough areas. This operation not only improves the appearance quality of the chair but also prevents users from being scratched by burrs during use, ensuring safety.

At the same time, leather processing is carried out. The leather is first smoothed out and evenly placed on the cutting table. Then, patterns are cut according to pre-prepared cardboard templates. During the cutting process, natural flaws in the leather need to be skillfully avoided to ensure that the cut leather components are both aesthetically pleasing and practical.

Finally, the back foam cushion is cut. Once all the leather pattern components are ready, a back foam cushion of the appropriate shape and size is cut according to the design requirements and the dimensions of the chair, providing comfortable support and a soft touch for the back of the chair.
