Yongji Disposes of Office Chairs

Admin October 16, 2026

The disposal of office chairs in Yongji City mainly involves two units: the Finance Bureau and the Cultural Market Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team, as detailed below:

Disposal of Office Chairs by the Yongji City Finance Bureau

In 2023, the Yongji City Finance Bureau carried out the disposal and scrapping of fixed assets through an online monitoring platform, which included office chairs. The original total value of the office chairs disposed of was 380,075 yuan, representing a relatively large-scale disposal. During the disposal process, clear requirements were set for bidding units. Bidding units must possess a valid business license, which serves as the fundamental certificate for a company's legal operation, ensuring that they have the basic qualifications to conduct business. Additionally, bidding units are required to have recycling qualifications and capabilities, as the recycling of fixed assets such as office chairs involves various aspects such as environmental protection and resource reuse. Only units with the corresponding qualifications and capabilities can ensure that the recycling process complies with relevant regulations and requirements, avoiding adverse impacts on the environment. The registration period was from March 16, 2023, to March 21, 2023. During this timeframe, eligible bidding units could register to participate in the recycling and disposal of fixed assets, including office chairs.

Disposal of Office Chairs by the Yongji City Cultural Market Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team

The Yongji City Cultural Market Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team conducted a public announcement for the write-off of scrapped assets from August 8 to August 12, 2023, which included nine office chairs with an original book value of 945 yuan. Unlike the large-scale disposal of fixed assets by the Finance Bureau, the Cultural Market Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team disposed of a relatively small number of office chairs with lower value. By making a public announcement, relevant personnel can be informed about the scrapped assets, ensuring the transparency of the disposal process, accepting social supervision, and ensuring that the asset disposal work is carried out legally and compliantly.
