Yihang x Lichu Business Services: Exploring Space Aesthetics to Spark Creativity

Admin September 28, 2026

Since its founding in 2011, Lichu Business Services has focused on providing cutting-edge digital payment solutions for offline merchants, and has now secured a leading position in China's fintech industry. As the business continued to expand, so did the company's need for office space. To break free from the way a monotonous environment stifles creativity, Yihang carefully designed this project, aiming to blend the innovative spirit of tech-driven finance with diverse work scenarios and create a colorful, inspiration-filled visual environment.

1. Nature Woven In: The Rhythm of Space

The reception area features flowing finishes and natural tones, creating a serene and understated natural atmosphere. Biophilically designed Hualing seating further reinforces this ecological theme. Step into the training area and the concept of a natural forest continues: the greenery-adorned "Lichu" lettering on the wall becomes the visual focal point. The tiered seating design is not only beautiful but also gives trainees a flexible, free learning space. The dining area cleverly recreates the leisurely feel of a coffee bar โ€” the streamlined ceiling complements the Island series modular sofas, while high bar-style worktables let people savor a coffee and enjoy some social time that soothes the mind.

2. Orange Glow: Vitality Unleashed

The casual office space takes a keen read of what young office workers love and skillfully weaves in elements of youthful energy, aiming to create a work environment that is both aesthetically modern and full of fun. Distinctive grid elements applied to the ceiling and walls break the constraints of a traditional space and lend it a modern, fashionable feel.

The furniture palette boldly embraces energetic orange and green, bringing a refreshing visual experience that further sparks the creativity and vitality of young office workers. This creative design enriches the visual impression, effectively dispels the monotony of the traditional office, and boosts employee creativity and productivity.

3. Open Collaboration: Comfort and Efficiency

The open office design emphasizes acoustic comfort, using sound-absorbing screens, fabric-inlaid furniture, and carpets to build a comfortable acoustic environment. A variety of seating options creates a rich working atmosphere. Desks are arranged along the floor-to-ceiling windows, enjoying ample natural light and open views, while booth partitions separate workstations from the aisles to reduce mutual disturbance. In the private office, a curved executive desk plays off the greenery, softening the formal atmosphere, while youthful, modern elements infuse the space with new vitality.

In addition, a specially planned client tea room pairs green landscaping with Chinese-style furniture, enhancing the artistic appeal and creating a distinctively refined atmosphere. This office space brings together corporate image display, casual exchange, and efficient work, blending modern design elements that embody a culture of open collaboration and set a new trend for fintech workplaces.
