YBLC Office Chair Installation

Admin October 13, 2026

Although there is no specific installation information for the YBLC office chair, you can refer to the general installation steps for office chairs for operation, as follows:

Preparation

  • Familiarize with the manual: Carefully read the chair installation manual, match the chair parts with the screws one by one, and plan the assembly according to the required chair size.
  • Prepare tools: Prepare the corresponding tools, such as screwdrivers, Phillips screwdrivers, glue, tape, etc. Before installing some office chairs, it is necessary to count the parts, such as 5 casters, one pressure lift rod, one five-star foot, one control lift mechanism tray, and one seat.

Installation Steps

  • Tool placement: Place the prepared tools beside the workstation where installation is required for easy access.
  • Handle fixation: Fix the chair handles according to the installation manual. If necessary, use glue to increase the stability of the handle installation.
  • Seat and leg connection: There are two common methods. One is to connect the seat to the legs and fix them with screws between the two legs; the other is to first turn the chair over, remove the screws under the cushion, and install the tray at the bottom of the cushion.
  • Armrest fixation: Fix the armrests to the legs with screws to ensure a firm connection.
  • Back fixation: Fix the back of the chair to the legs to ensure structural stability.
  • Caster and five-star foot installation: Install the five casters on the five feet of the five-star foot respectively. Just snap them on and make sure they are secure after installation; you can also place the five-star foot upright on the ground, connect the thicker end with a hole of the pressure lift rod to the five-star foot, and then install the seat of the tray on the pressure lift rod.
  • Bottom fixation: Use tape to fix the bottom of the chair to prevent loosening.

Inspection

After installation, carefully check the installation of the chair for any gaps or unsafe areas. If any are found, correct them promptly. Try sitting on the chair and holding the handle of the control lift mechanism tray with your hand to see if it works properly.

Maintenance

After installation, perform regular maintenance and repairs, and replace unsafe parts in a timely manner to extend the service life of the chair.
