I. Assembly Steps for the Adjustable Backrest Module

1. Unpacking Preparation After opening the package, check the completeness of the accessories, including the backrest body, fixing straps, and Velcro components. The backrest body is usually made of high-density foam and breathable mesh fabric, with 306 air holes distributed on the surface to enhance air circulation. During assembly, ensure the air holes are installed facing backward.

2. Securing the Backrest Tear open the Velcro on the back fixing straps to expose the adhesive surface. Place the backrest body vertically in the center of the chair backrest, ensuring its wrap-around support structure fits the curve of the waist. This design disperses pressure through ergonomic curves, suitable for long-term office work or driving scenarios.

3. Binding and Securing Use the Velcro to tightly bind the backrest to the chair backrest. Note that the straps should wrap around the chair backrest once and be crossed and fixed to prevent sliding. After installation, check the stability of the backrest to ensure there is no shaking or displacement.

4. Adjusting for Use Adjust the height through the torsion spring shaft at the bottom of the backrest. After pressing the button, slide it up and down to fit people of different heights. When adjusting, keep your back straight so that the left and right sides of the backrest evenly fit the muscles on both sides of the spine, enhancing support.

II. General Assembly Process for a Complete Office Chair (if required)

If the product includes a complete office chair structure, assemble it in the following order:

1. Installing the Five-Star Base and Casters Insert the casters into the ends of each leg of the five-star base, ensuring the clips are locked tightly. The casters usually have a silent design, and check their rotational flexibility.

2. Securing the Gas Lift Insert the gas lift vertically into the center hole of the five-star base and press it down to the bottom to secure it. The gas lift must pass safety certification to avoid using inferior accessories that may cause lifting failures.

3. Connecting the Seat Base Connect the seat base to the top of the gas lift and rotate it to lock it. The base usually integrates a lifting control lever, and test whether the lifting function works properly.

4. Assembling the Armrests and Headrest According to the instructions, fix the armrests to both sides of the seat with screws, and insert the headrest into the slot at the top of the chair backrest. Adjust the height of the armrests to be parallel to the desktop and the angle of the headrest to fit the curve of the neck.
