WPS Office Chair
Admin October 08, 2026
Drawing an office chair icon in WPS can be achieved by either inserting a ready-made icon resource or drawing it manually. Here are the specific steps:

I. Inserting a Ready-Made Icon Resource (Quick and Convenient)
- Software and System Requirements: You need to have WPS Office PPT installed (version โฅ WPS2019), and it is recommended to use Windows 10 (other operating systems may have different interfaces).
- Steps:
- Open the PPT document, click on the "Insert" option in the top menu bar, and select the "Icon" button (the entrance to the icon library) in the function area.
- In the pop-up icon library search box, enter the keyword "office chair", and the system will automatically match relevant icon resources (including different styles such as simple line-type and three-dimensional filled-type).
- Browse the search results, select the icon style that meets your needs, and click the "Use Now" button below the icon to complete the insertion.
- After insertion, the icon will appear on the PPT canvas. You can adjust its position by dragging and scale its size using the control points around the icon (hold down the Shift key to maintain the aspect ratio without distortion).
II. Manually Drawing a Small Chair Graphic (Flexible Customization)
- Create a New Document: Open the WPS software, click on the "WPS Text" option, and then click "New" to create a blank document.
- Draw the Chair Back:
- Click on the "Insert" option, select "Shapes", and choose the "Rounded Rectangle" from the preset shapes.
- Draw a rounded rectangle in the document and adjust its size to an appropriate dimension.
- Right-click on the graphic, select "Graphic Properties", set the fill color (such as gray) and line style (such as a solid line) in "Fill & Line", and set the shape material (such as a plastic effect) in "3D Format" under "Effects".
- Copy the Chair Back: Select the adjusted rounded rectangle, press Ctrl+C to copy it, and then press Ctrl+V to paste it, obtaining two identical rounded rectangles (for the chair back and the chair seat).
- Connect the Chair Back and the Chair Seat:
- Select the "Cylinder" from "Shapes", draw a cylinder in the document, and adjust its size to be suitable for connecting the chair back and the chair seat.
- Place the cylinder between the two rounded rectangles, copy the adjusted cylinder, and paste it as the four legs of the chair (you can tilt the chair legs at a certain angle to enhance the three-dimensional effect).
Notes:
- When inserting icon resources, if no matching results are found for the keyword "office chair", you can try using alternative words such as "chair" or "seat" for searching.
- When drawing manually, you can further adjust the perspective and three-dimensional effect of the chair through the "3D Rotation" function in "Graphic Properties".
