UG Office Chair Tutorial
Currently, there is no complete tutorial specifically for UG office chair modeling, but you can refer to UG chair modeling-related content to try building an office chair model. The following uses the UG10.0 long chair modeling tutorial as an example to illustrate the general approach.

Basic Modeling Steps
First, open the UG10.0 software, create a new blank model file, and save it with an appropriate name, such as 'Office Chair Model'. Then, execute the [Menu - Insert - Design Feature - Block] command, specify the origin as the point, and set the dimensions of the block according to the approximate dimensions of components like the office chair seat or backrest. For example, set the dimensions to 100x100x1000 (this dimension is just an example and needs to be adjusted according to the actual office chair components). Click OK to complete the creation of the basic block.
Component Copying and Layout
If the office chair has multiple identical or similar components, such as chair legs, you can use the array feature function. Execute the [Menu - Insert - Associative Copy - Array Feature], select the block just created, and choose the linear layout method. According to the structure of the office chair, set the quantity and pitch in the X and Y directions. For example, if there are 2 chair legs in the X direction with a pitch of 3000; set the quantity and pitch in the Y direction according to the actual situation. Click OK to complete the copying and layout of the components.
Detail Refinement
Subsequently, various commands need to be used to refine the model. The extrude command can be used to create protruding or recessed parts on the office chair, such as decorative lines on the armrests. Activate the rectangle or profile command, draw the corresponding shape, and then complete the creation of the detailed part by setting constraints, such as the extrusion height. Boolean operations can be used to combine or subtract different components, for example, combining the chair seat and chair legs into a single entity through Boolean operations. The mirror feature command can quickly create symmetric components, such as the left and right symmetric armrests. Finally, use the unite command to combine all relevant components to complete the basic modeling of the office chair.
Rendering Processing
After completing the modeling, you can render the model to make it more realistic. By setting parameters such as material and lighting, you can make the office chair model present a realistic appearance, facilitating design evaluation and presentation.
