Turpan Office Chair Budget

Admin October 12, 2026

The budget for office chairs in the Turpan region varies depending on the purchasing unit, the quantity of chairs purchased, and the type of chairs, ranging from tens of yuan to over a thousand yuan per chair.

Firstly, from the perspective of purchasing units, different units have varying demands and budget allocations for office chairs. For instance, the Yining County Turpan Yuzi Township People's Government purchased office chairs in August 2026 with a budget of 3,000 yuan, planning to buy 15 chairs, averaging approximately 200 yuan per chair. This indicates that grassroots government units may prioritize cost-effectiveness in office chair procurement to meet basic office needs.

Secondly, the quantity of purchases also affects the budget. The Turpan City Finance Bureau planned to purchase 11 bow-back chairs in October 2026 with a budget of 2,695 yuan, averaging approximately 245 yuan per bow-back chair. Although the purchase quantity is relatively small, the budget per unit is slightly higher than that of the Yining County Turpan Yuzi Township People's Government, possibly due to the special design or materials of the bow-back chairs.

Furthermore, for larger-scale purchases, such as when a unit in Turpan, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, conducted an online inquiry for a batch of office chairs from June to July 2026, with a total transaction amount of 56,550 yuan. Since the purchase quantity was not specified, the average budget per chair could not be directly calculated. However, it can be inferred that in bulk purchases, units may negotiate for more favorable prices, thereby reducing the cost per chair. Nevertheless, if high-quality, multifunctional, or specially-material office chairs are purchased, the overall budget will also increase accordingly.

In summary, there is no fixed standard for the budget of office chairs in the Turpan region, as it is influenced by a combination of factors. When formulating an office chair budget, purchasing units need to comprehensively consider their own needs, budget constraints, and market conditions to ensure the procurement of office chairs that meet requirements and offer good value for money.
