Teacher Office Chair Arrangement
The arrangement of teacher office chairs should be designed according to the needs of different office scenarios to balance collaborative efficiency and individual comfort. It can be specifically optimized for the following three types of scenarios:

Collaborative lesson-preparation areas require enhanced convenience for collaboration. Typically, corner L-shaped office desks are used, combined with seating arrangements for two, four, or six people. For such areas, it is recommended to choose ergonomic chairs with adjustable heights (adjustment range: 650mm-750mm). For example, middle school teacher offices often configure L-shaped desks measuring 1400mm*700mm, paired with adjustable-height chairs. This setup not only meets teachers' personalized sitting needs during independent lesson preparation but also facilitates file transfer or instant discussions through face-to-face or 90-degree seating arrangements. The design of partition screens can reduce visual distractions, but their height should be controlled (usually not exceeding 1200mm) to avoid obstructing visual communication.
Independent workstations need to balance a quiet environment with functional requirements. For positions requiring focused lesson preparation, it is recommended to use circular discussion tables (diameter: 1200mm) with upholstered conference chairs to form group lesson-preparation areas. The upholstered material reduces collision noise and enhances comfort. For independent office areas, it is advisable to choose seats with non-slip and quiet chair feet to minimize disturbances to other areas when moving around. Some teachers enhance their experience by switching to comfortable chairs that can be reclined flat for napping. Such chairs should have ergonomic support structures to prevent lower back fatigue from prolonged lying. In winter, they can be paired with plush seat cushions or heated seats to avoid the coldness of wooden chairs.
Detail optimization should focus on space utilization and collaborative flexibility. It is recommended to choose quiet nylon or rubber materials for chair feet to avoid harsh noises when moving. If the office space allows, upholstered conference chairs can be placed in the central area to form a flexible collaborative space with circular discussion tables. Such chairs should have 360-degree rotation capabilities to facilitate teachers in quickly adjusting their communication direction. Additionally, a minimum passage width of 800mm should be reserved between seats to ensure smooth personnel movement. In collaborative lesson-preparation areas, a distance of 200mm-300mm should be maintained between seats and the edges of office desks to avoid restricted leg movement.
