Summer Office Chair Installation

The installation process of an office chair in summer is basically the same as the regular installation process, and can be carried out according to the following general steps:

1. Install the Chair Base and Wheels

First, insert each wheel into the mounting holes of the five-claw chair base one by one, ensuring that each wheel is properly installed and secure. After insertion, flip the five-claw chair base over and place it steadily on the ground or another supporting surface. Then, align the thicker end of the gas lift with the center hole of the five-claw chair base and insert it vertically, ensuring that the gas lift is tightly connected to the chair base without any wobbling.

2. Install the Seat Plate and Cushion

Place the seat plate on the cushion, paying attention to the orientation of the seat plate to ensure that it corresponds to the installation position on the cushion. After aligning the four screw holes on the seat plate and the cushion, gently screw each screw in 3-4 turns to initially fix the position of the seat plate and cushion, preventing any misalignment during subsequent installation. Then, tighten each screw one by one to ensure a firm connection between the seat plate and cushion.

3. Connect the Cushion and Gas Lift

Align the cushion with the installed seat plate with the gas lift, and slowly insert it into the hole on the seat plate, ensuring a smooth connection between the cushion and the gas lift without any jamming. After insertion, gently shake the cushion to check if it is securely installed and free from any looseness.

4. Install the Backrest

Align the bottom sides of the backrest with the installation positions on the armrests of the cushion, and slowly insert them. First, use two screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets to initially secure the position of the backrest. Then, align the installation holes on the back of the backrest with those on the cushion brackets, and use two wrenches to lock and fix the backrest to the cushion brackets with screws, ensuring that the backrest is firmly installed without any wobbling or tilting.

5. Install the Armrests

Press the button below the armrest surface, and insert the left and right armrests into the holes on the armrest brackets respectively, ensuring that the armrests are properly inserted and the button can reset normally. After insertion, gently shake the armrests to check if they are securely installed.

6. Install the Headrest

Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest, and press down on the installation area of the headrest to make it fit more closely with the backrest. Insert a screw through the headrest fixing clip to secure the headrest to the backrest. First, gently screw each screw in 3-4 turns to initially fix the position of the headrest, and then tighten each screw one by one to ensure that the headrest is firmly installed.
