Suit Office Chair Adjustment

Admin October 09, 2026

The adjustment functions of the Suit series of ergonomic office chairs cover adaptive, headrest and backrest mesh, and height adjustments. Here are the specific operation methods:

I. Comprehensive Adaptive Adjustment

  1. Dynamic Backrest Adaptation The backrest features an X-bionic spine-supporting frame design that actively follows the natural movement trajectory of the human body, achieving 'chair follows person' without manual adjustments. For example, when a user leans forward to work or reclines to rest, the backrest synchronously fits the spinal curve, reducing fatigue from prolonged sitting.
  2. Lumbar Support Adjustment The spring lumbar support allows a 65mm vertical travel range and adapts to different body types through 'active back-chasing' technology. Users under 170cm in height are recommended to adjust the lumbar support to the middle-low position, while those over 170cm can set it to the high position to ensure precise lumbar support.
  3. Seat Depth Adjustment The seat cushion can be moved forward or backward by 5cm, accommodating individuals from 155cm to 190cm in height. During adjustment, maintain an upright sitting posture and push the cushion to a position where the thighs and lower legs form a 90ยฐ angle, avoiding leg suspension or compression.

II. Headrest and Backrest Mesh Adjustment

  1. Headrest Height Adjustment The headrest supports 40mm vertical sliding. When adjusting, stand or sit upright and move the headrest to the junction between the back of the head and the cervical spine. If disassembly for cleaning is needed, simply lift it upwards to remove.
  2. Backrest Mesh Replacement Technology Featuring the ASIS 'Easy-Swap' patented design, the backrest mesh can be replaced without tools. To replace, first remove the old mesh, align the new mesh's buckles with the backrest frame, and press firmly until a 'click' sound indicates successful installation.

III. Seat Height Adjustment

  1. Pneumatic Adjustment The Suit series office chairs typically use a pneumatic rod design. To raise the seat, lift the operating lever when unoccupied; to lower it, lift the lever while seated. Adjust until both feet are flat on the ground and the thighs and lower legs are perpendicular.
  2. General Adjustment Principles Regardless of the adjustment method used, ensure the desk height aligns with the elbows, forming a 90ยฐ angle between the upper and lower arms. If using a height-adjustable desk, first fix the seat height, then adjust the desk to the appropriate position.

Precautions: Before adjusting, confirm the chair is locked to prevent sliding; the spring lumbar support has strong force, so adjust slowly; after replacing the backrest mesh, check that the buckles are secure to prevent detachment during use.
