Small Office Chair Fixation
The installation process for fixing a small office chair is as follows:

Installation of Chair Wheels and Pneumatic Rod Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base, ensuring that each wheel is fully embedded and secure. Flip the five-star base so that the wheels face downward, align the thicker end of the pneumatic rod with the center hole of the five-star base, place it vertically, and gently press down until fully inserted. Pay attention to the direction of the pneumatic rod in this step; the thick end is the bottom, and the thin end is the top. Avoid reverse installation, which can lead to structural instability.
Fixing the Base and Seat Cushion Place the base on the bottom of the seat cushion, aligning the four screw holes of the base with those of the seat cushion precisely. Use a screwdriver to lightly tighten each of the four screws 3-4 turns to ensure initial positioning, then tighten them one by one until they can no longer rotate. Avoid incomplete tightening of the screws during this process, as it may cause the base and seat cushion to separate, affecting safety during use.
Armrest Installation (Two Methods)
- Screw Fixation Method: If the armrests need to be fixed with screws, prepare the corresponding screws (e.g., the left armrest usually requires 3 screws). Align the armrests with the installation holes on both sides of the seat cushion, insert the screws from the bottom or side, and tighten them with a screwdriver until secure.
- Clip + Screw Fixation Method: Some armrests are designed with a clip structure. First, press the button below the armrest surface, and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively. Then, use 2 C-screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets. Next, align the back of the backrest with the installation holes of the seat cushion brackets, and use two wrenches in conjunction with D-screws to lock and fix them, ensuring a secure connection between the backrest and the seat cushion.
Backrest Installation Backrest installation is usually carried out in conjunction with the armrest steps. If the backrest is an independent component, align its bottom sides with the installation positions of the armrests on both sides of the seat cushion and insert them. First, use 2 C-screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets, then align the back of the backrest with the installation holes of the seat cushion brackets, and lock and fix them with D-screws. Some designs require the backrest to be directly snapped into the slots of the tray (base), ensuring that the clips are fully embedded to prevent wobbling.
Precautions:
- Before installation, check that all accessories are complete to avoid interruption of the process due to missing parts.
- When tightening screws, apply force evenly to avoid tilting the structure due to excessive tightening on one side.
- After installing the pneumatic rod, test the lifting and lowering functions to ensure there is no jamming or abnormal noise.
- If the chair design includes a headrest, insert and fix the headrest into the reserved holes at the top of the backrest after the backrest installation is complete.
